Was a comfortable overnight stay, as a Hilton it met expectations.

Location was good, not far from Train Station and squares for restaurants etc. We only stayed one night and left early morning so did not get to experience the hotel very much. Staff were very attentive and pleasant.

Pool/spa was only by appointment and extra payment. (not that we had time to visit anyway)

Good infrastructure, but bad F&B service quality

Hotel is newly renovated and the equipment is nice. Front office team does a good job. Rooms are quite big. The location of the hotel is super good in the heart of the city.

The quality of the service in the restaurant and bar are bad. Very long waiting times and at least some of the team members are rude. Obviously needs more Management attention. I also never seen a five star hotel where you have to pay the spa separatly.

Location and bed

One of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in. The pool was supposedly "under renovation," but there was no sign of any actual work being done. The receptionist didn't speak English and gave us incorrect information about parking in the area – we ended up in a ZTL (limited traffic) zone. Breakfast was on the level of a 3-star hotel in Austria or Slovenia, which was far below expectations for this category. Overall, very disappointing.

Not a 5 star hotel

Rooms were well furnished.

- not a five star hotel. -no porter to greet you at arrival -we took bags out of the car put them on a trolley ourselves and the porter took so long to arrive we had to chase them again to help take the bags to our room even after we completed check-in at reception -no shower cap / comb / toothbrush in room - in a 5 star hotel this should be the bare minimum. You should not have to call to request these. - mini bar was empty (only water) not what you expect from a 5 star hotel - breakfast was an absolute disaster. There were only a couple of tables full so the place was empty, but the staff couldn’t even manage bringing a simple coffee order to the table. This was ordered 3 times!! Food order had to be chased and when it arrived was incorrect for both of the members of the family who had ordered. - our rooms were very difficult to get to, down the corridors, then main lift up, then across to the next building passed 2/3 sets of lifts that we couldn’t use and then down the corridors to finally get to our rooms!!

Pleasant stay - far for 5 stars, solid 4 stars

Beautiful rooms, convenient location, good gym, personnel extremely polite, good breakfast. Actually the fresh fruit and the pastries at breakfast were really divine. And the personnel at breakfast really top.

Even if rated as 5 star it’s at best a solid 4 stars. Personnel is very polite but not really trained at the level of 5 star: e.g. check in without any information about the hotel, check out without any inquiry about my stay, about any help with luggage or transport. And numerous details are not at the level of 5 star: no espresso machine in the room , complimentary bottles of water only for certain level of Hilton honors, the light of the wardrobe stays on all night no option to switch it off, no toiletry products only soap dispensers on the wall like in a cheap 2 star hotel, door of the shower doesn’t completely close, and so on. Overall pleasant stay but not at 5 star level.

Just what I needed during my break in Turin.

I didn’t go for breakfast as I wanted to experience the Italian restaurants. I had an early dinner from the bar and the service was excellent. The staff pay attention to the customers.

Central hotel close to everything, clean, comfortable, excellent

The comfort of the bedroom and the beds. The breakfast was diversified. The style of decorations in the room, the patterns, designs and furniture used made it feel like an excellent experience, stylish, modern classic and comfortable. Staff were friendly and super helpful.

Very convenient location and contemporay hotel but average quality of service

- Location, friendly staff, secured parking (outdoor) - Modern room which seems to be recently refurbished. To many pieces of furniture (Brand specifications?) that are useless and occupy to much space of the room

- Electrical outlets in the room are faulty, likely due to a short circuit. - Bathroom lighting is faulty, with electrical wires hanging from the ceiling. - breakfast is average and not at the level you would expect for a 4* hotel managed by Hilton. No « à la minute » eggs, industrial cheese and cold cuts, automatic nesspresso machine, etc such a pity for a hotel in Italy, a destination that has so much too offer with food products… - the front desk staff proposed to book a nice local restaurant for dinner unfortunately it was fully booked. So they booked a table in another restaurant in another area of city which was really actually very nice. The experience would have been very different if we wouldn’t have double checked the reservation before leaving the hotel, there was a 20-min walk to the restaurant as the staff forgot to inform us about this change.

Lovely short stay, staff were great

The manager of the bar made the experience great in the evenings, he was very funny and had a great knowledge of drinks and food. Definitely the most memorable of the hotel stay. It was lovely that the staff at reception upgraded our room, thanks again.

We were told the swimming pool would be open but we went down and it wasn't open till 3pm which is after checkout so we didn't have time to use the pool which is frustrating as in similar hotels the swimming pool would be open all day. It was hard to find staff during the day at the bar. We were told the buffet breakfast would have a lot of hot food selection such as sausages but only bacon and eggs. However, really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία . Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο. Το στρώμα πολύ άνετο.

1. Οι κάρτες για τα δωμάτια δεν λειτουργούσαν ποτέ , και έτσι έπρεπε πάντα κάποιος από το προσωπικό να μας μεταφέρει στο δωμάτιο . 2. Μας χρέωσαν το μπουκάλι νερό , που είχε στο δωμάτιο. Δεν ήταν ως «καλοσορισμα» όπως στα περισσότερα . 3. Οι καθαρίστριες δεν άλλαξαν τις πετσέτες και τα μπουρνούζια , αν και τα είδαν λερωμένα .

Hôtel proche du Centre.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel et sa facilité d'accès au centre ville et à la zone piétonne. Suffisamment de places de parcs autour de l'hôtel (zone bleue) Le personnel à la réception très agréable et réactif. La réception en elle même design très sympathique.

Comme indiqué à la réception lors du Check Out : 1. Le personnel lors du check in aurait pu nous avertir que les restaurants de la ville et de l'hôtel allait pris d'assaut pour la Saint-Valentin. Ceci aurait pu éviter que nous nous retrouvions le soir du 14 à manger au Bar. Nourriture (pizza froide). 2. Pas d'eau chaude de manière régulière dans la chambre selon l'heure de la douche 3. La bouteille d'eau offerte uniquement si membre Silver ou plus .... pour un 5 étoile et au prix de la chambre la bouteille d'eau devrait être systématiquement offerte (mais ceci est mon point de vue). Je tiens à remercier le personnel de la réception lors du check out qui a été très compréhensif à mes remarques sur la nourriture du bar et le problème d'eau chaude. Le geste commercial a été apprécié.
