An enjoyable trip to Turin with easy access to the train station and centre of the city. Quiet.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location was good for the train station and the hotel was not too far from the centre of the city

Great location near the train station and all public transport. Easy check in and will store your bags if you arrive early. Bianca at check in spoke very good English and was very helpful. Good breakfast with barrista made coffee or machine made. Our room 111 had a balcony that was awesome and 2 double glazed set of doors to keep the room quiet. The shower had great pressure and was as hot as you could ever need. If I get back to the magic city of Turin, this is where I am going to stay.

Really noisy hotel which costs more than it’s worth. Diplomatic next door was a bit better

Close to the station

We had a room facing the road which was really noisy- trams, police cars, ambulances. Double glazing is not adequate.Then woken from 6 am by other guests in the corridor who seemed unaware that some people might be on holiday! Our double bed wasn’t- it was 2 singles pushed together. The bathroom looked like it belonged in a hospital although the shower did at least work ok and everything was clean. Breakfast was poor - no proper fruit juice, just squash from a machine, poor quality hot buffet of just frankfurters, fatty bacon and scrambled eggs. Disinterested staff. Would not stay here again.

Cool and funky hotel in a good location, once you actually find it (See picture of entrance).

Good location in a vibrant part of town and within walking distance to many of the sights. Good breakfast and lovely breakfast room at the top of the building, with attentive and polite serving staff. Spacious room with lovely comfortable bed and linens.

Make sure you know how to find the place! This is not a conventional hotel, there is no hotel sign and the building is non descript. The "hotel" is the top floor of an old apartment building. It took us an hour to find although google took us right to the building next door (shown in the website photos). In the end a waitress in the restaurant in the bottom of the building pointed out the entrance, so as a result we arrived exceptionally frustrated. A little more information when booking could have avoided this issue.

Perfect location, great value for money!

Perfect location to explore historic center by foot but also close to train, bus and metro connections to take day trips outside city. Breakfast offered good choice of sweet and savory, real coffee prepared by staff upon request. Big room, helpful staff.

Comfortable hotel room, friendly staff, ideal location for walking around the city and easy to walk from Porta Susa Station. Breakfast was OK.

Air con was not on and we were told the city had not got permission to use air con as it was not hot enough. Opening the window helped a bit. Shower was over the bath.

Fantastic find and great value for money

We had a wonderful room and the hotel was gorgeous. It suited us as it was very close to the main train station. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

it was a wee bit noisey with the bar bellow and the trams going past, but not enough to stop us having a good nights sleep.

The breakfast was great. It had a variety of options to choose from. The location was close to the centre and very convenient since there is the train station and bus stops just opposite the hotel.

There was only one working electrical plug. There was no wifi connection as the room was at the furthest end of the building.

Good value for money and in the right location for us

Location: we had to catch an early bus to the airport to catch our flight and we chose this hotel as it was just round the corner from the airport stop. Nice clean room and large enough for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children).

We were put in a room with facilities for a disabled person. This was no problem but the shower enclosure was very awkward to close and really quite small for someone in a wheelchair. The worst problem though was that we couldn't get the internet in our room. The receptionist tried twice to improve the reception but to no avail.

Position is great: hotel is located next to the train station, metro, tram and bus line. Hotel is pet friendly and the room was super clean.

Bathroom wasn't vented at all. I guess they had troubles with extractor fans but kept telling us that they'll solve it immediately. That was the main problem
