pleasant room close to station for onward travel

Great location with welcoming, helpful staff.

The desk person, Lorenzo, was very welcoming and engaging. He was the highlight of the stay. He enthusiastically called and arranged for a taxi to pick us up the next morning at 4 am to go to the airport. And fortunately, the taxi was on right on time. Lorenzo took the time to explain how to drop off the key, open the door at that early hour. Also, explained about free coffee and tea. Directed us to the closest grocery store, just around the corner. We couldn't asked for more!

Easy with style

Perfect for a friends' reunion. The structures and rooms are beautiful and just meters from the station, which simplified a lot the logistics. Staff was super friendly and helped us with great suggestions.

A Turin Delight.

Great location for Porta Susa railway station - two minutes away. It is also well-located for several local trattorias offering great food at reasonable prices. Staff are always friendly, efficient and very helpful. Rooms are of a good size, well-furnished and provide a small kitchen and a spacious bathroom. All very comfortable.

Nice and comfortable stay in a lively neighbourhood

In the midst of a lively neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants, cafe's, a daily market, supermarkets etc just around the corner. Just outside the city center made it easy accessible and on the other hand public transport nearby makes it all by all very convenient.

It was noisy with people returning late from evening outs. The studio wasn't that spacious as we expected and the pictures suggested. The kitchenette provided only the basics and is insufficient to prepare own meals in full extend.

The room was very clean and had really modern forniture which we appreciated. The kitchen tools were really helpful and the room was cleaned recently. We are looking forward visiting "Residence Star" again.

Lovely stay in Torino(Turin)

The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. Simple and comfortable. The location was excellent if you're traveling by train.

The motion sensor light by the front door could not be switched off, or at least we could not figure out how to.

A Great Stopover for a Few Nights in Turin.

The location is perfect for what we wanted which was close proximity to Port Susa railway station. A 5 minute walk takes you from one to the other. Rooms are spacious and provide self-catering facilities should you require them. Reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the city. We took up several recommendations of theirs for eating and drinking and they were all excellent. There are two superb restaurants five minutes walk away. We've stayed here four times now and will return in the future.

The staff was super friendly, the location was good, the room was clean, everything was satisfactory. I was most happy that there was an espresso machine on the first floor so that I could always drink delicious coffee.

Very convenient, use the exit "platform C" in Porta Susa station, and you will arrive with less than 1 min a carrefour is not far away the kitchenette is super clean

An excellent stay that exceeded my expectations

Brilliant location , close to the train station. Good restaurants and supermarkets nearby . Apartment well equipped and spacious. It felt safe too. I highly recommend it.

There could have been a hand held hair dryer. The one attached to the bathroom wall was old fashioned and not very powerful. But this is a very minor point!

OK value for money, but the staff very nice and helpfull.

The location was close to the train station, and the surrounding area was OK. Not the best but it was clean and safe. The room and building was very good, clean, quiet and everything was there. The staff was helpful, and always greeted us when entering and leaving the building. The location was the best, close to the train station plus other tourist areas were within walking distance.

The kitchenette was old and inefficient. Needed an upgrade. Also no kettle!!!
