Great location, spacious accommodation well equipped and with an excellent host!
Although tea and coffee and excellent snacks were readily available-I still missed the in room convenience of making my own tea as and when.

- location is near to most of turistic landmarks (walkable distance) - communication with Gianfabbio was clear and simple. he helped us with luggage after check-out, really appreciated it - clean - breakfast is ok (omlette, tea/coffee, sanwich, cookies, some fruit mix, yoghurt, etc)
- only our room was opening to the breakfast area so every morning was a bit noisy, but decent (minor issue)

Great location, very clean
Stretch to describe property as being in an 18th century palace. The main door is but the rooms are in a modern annexe. Rooftop terrace looks out on derelict buildings and phone masts. Room was very hot despite air con. Breakfast was ok but a bit airplane like.
