Great value for a stay right next to the city centre!

The location was perfect. The room was wide. The balconies have an authentic Italian vibe. The owner was lovely.

Great location. The accommodation is a little underwhelming at first but it is comfortable no thrills accommodation. The AC and fan were enough to keep us cool for sleeping during hot humid nights.

The keys are a bit frustrating to use - the locks are very stubborn. The room had no tv which is advertised. The bathroom is dated and on the small side.

Carlo, the host was very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with fresh cooked eggs and homemade cake by Carlo’s wife and was delicious.

Inconvenience

We like the old historic building with high ceiling.

Why must the checkin/checkout be in a different location? This is very inconvenient, especially when you have to move luggage around plus the staff was chaotic and took long time to take care of checkout. Parking was not so close to the building. I wasted much time finding parking and waiting for checkout. Quite frustrating. I could hear snoring next door, so noise was a problem. During flu/pandemic season, the tiny box elevator could be a problem as well.

Great well kept clean large suite, even though location was fantastic right in the centre, it was SO noisy, both evening and morning.

The noise from the street below, very late at night, well past midnight and early mornings hearing the cafe's setting up

Ideal place for a stay at Italia. Right at a heart of Torino. Whole block is owned by Italian family which is really nice and helpful and answers all the questions. Daughter gave us a complimentary perfume on a way home, which is super nice. Italian breakfast done by family is something special! If you are traveling Torino, it is a must stay at this casa!!!!!

Fabulous suite in an old palazzo, separate sitting area, right in the centre of Turin old town.

All perfect, with great hospitality from the hosts and an amazing breakfast which was tailored to our needs. The place is in an old building with great charm and close to everything. We will come back to this place for sure!

Superb

Check-in was straight forward and Carlo very helpful. Excellent location on the main shopping street a short stroll to palazzo Madama ‘zona pedonale’ a modern, spacious room and comfortable bed-beddings. Although my booking didn’t include breakfast, the proprietor was kind enough to provide a free (in room) breakfast presented in a lovely basket.

The shower is a tiny cubicle and the water went from hot to cold.
