Rude, lying, money grabbers.

We booked a room with a kitchenette and we wanted to arrive at the hotel between 7-8pm, 24hr front desk was advertised. After booking, the hotel told us the room with a kitchenette wasn’t available and that we couldn’t arrive any later than 7pm. This wasn’t suitable for us and we asked the hotel to kindly cancel. They refused. They were very rude, didn’t answer the phone and ignored our attempts to resolve the situation. They also refused to allow us to bring our baby, which wasn’t a huge problem but still, not very accommodating.

Cristina’s excellent advice and caring attention made for an excellent experience.

The room was very comfortable, and the hostess Cristina was exceptional! She truly went out of her way to assure we had the best stay possible. I am positive we would not have enjoyed our time in Torino nearly as much without Cristina’s most excellent advice and caring attention.

Need to be fit to go up 5 flights if stairs.We would have preferred fresh bread or croissants rather than cake and biscuits but to be fair we never requested a change.

La proprietaria é molto carina e disponibile e la posizione é comoda e centrale.

Il posto é all'ultimo piano senza ascensore e ci sono davvero tantissime scale, non é chiaramente segnalato e per persone con problemi di mobilità può essere un serio problema.

Come a casa

Eccellente posizione. In centro, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla, a circa 200 metri dalla pedonale di Via Garibaldi. Cristina è stata un'ottima padrona di casa e ci ha accolti benissimo, come se ci conoscessimo da sempre. La camera era molto pulita e calda. Ottima la colazione. Grazie di tutto, anche per i bulbi dei tulipani. In primavera tí manderò le foto.

Це досить велика кімната з великою ванною та зручностями. З гарнім видом та зручною постіллю , що рідкість 🤌😄

Нам не сподобались сніданки може просто не для нас . Були йогурти та круасани з печивом і кава з молоком кожен день . Одного разу була вівсянка та пластівці .. але ми звикли до щось солоного … але якщо ви снідаєте солодким може вам і сподобається. Не було ні сиру або шось такого …

L' hôtesse ! Cristina est merveilleuse de gentillesse et d'humour. L'appartement est propre et confortable. Accueil excellent. On aimerait revenir! A proximité du parking Filiberto.
