Highly recommended hotel to stay in Turin!

The hotel is absolutely fantastic! Located right in the vibrant heart of everything, it’s near all the top attractions. The front desk staff are exceptional—especially Christian, who went above and beyond with my requests and even upgraded our room for my partner's birthday on arrival, along with Soheila, Lorenzo, Edoardo, and bar staff Joan (John). The rooms are beautifully maintained and luxurious. The breakfast blew me away with a huge variety of delicious options. The service is outstanding, with staff like Sarah truly caring for guests. An unforgettable, exhilarating stay!

Great choice if your priority is location.

Location could not be better. Literally at the heart of the city’s historic centre. The rooms where really nice, modern with all necessities. Really nice breakfast. The rooms were very quiet.

Hot water in the shower came after leaving it running for like 5 minutes! Also, there were issues with the elevators and we were situated on the 4rth floor. Not the boutique hotel vibe I was looking for.

The modern and stylish decor was so inviting and the location was brilliant and a short distance to absolutely everything. I found the staff extremely helpful and accommodating and I can’t wait to return to the Indigo and stay there again.

Beautiful boutique hotel experience can’t wait to return

We loved the quiet rooms and the access to the beautiful sauna every morning. This made the whole experience feel like a holiday. The breakfasts were amazing too and the proximity to everywhere we needed to go was incredible. We had hired a car and there was a parking garage just 5 min walk from the hotel for those days we needed to drive further.

Some nights the rooms were hot and the air conditioner was already turned off because of the change of season so we had to have the balcony windows open which made those nights a little noisier than others

We expected a more proper handling of the problem from a hotel of this level.

There was a problem with the shower, and after it was fixed there was a sewage smell that made it almost impossible to enter the bathroom. The hotel sent someone to spray a nice scent, but they didn’t actually fix the problem, and we had to stay like that for two days.

Great location in Turin walking distance to the major attractions, staff were friendly, hotel was very clean, breakfast didn't have many options but was fine.

Breakfast options were limited but the coffee was great.

All in all a nice hotel perfectly located

Perfect location nice designed room and good breakfast. Besides the bathroom issues (see below) it was great.

The bathroom was not well maintained. It was not very clean. One of the taps in the shower was broken and was not functioning nor fixed even after we asked to repair it. The space between the main bed and the wall was so narrow it was difficult to get to the bathroom.

The breakfast was WONDERFUL and the hotel had lovely decor. Affordable as well.

The AC didn’t work and there was no manager on duty in the evening so we had to wait until the next day before we could switch rooms.

Great location

Great location. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. Nice terrace. Room was spacious and well equipped.

The climate control was not easy to use or understand, and we finally had to ask for our AC to be turned on. Why do we have to ask after hours of testing it? The amenities of the hotel say it has ac. It never worked right even after that. Street noise from tram was loud, but to be expected. On that note, hard to have a window open, also hard to have a window closed if the ac isn’t on. Slept poorly due to hot room. At over $400 a night, I want the ac on and I want it to work decently. So frustrating.

Convenient location in the heart of Turin

Good breakfast, great position, just 15 minutes walking from the train station. All the main point of interest are just a few minute away walking. The staff is very nice and welcoming.

The room was a bit smelly (something wrong with the shower drain, i think), nothing unbearable - it was enough to close the bathroom door or open the room windows

Beautiful hotel! The staff were very kind and always helpful. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and just like the photos. Breakfast was rich and delicious: I already miss the chocolate cornettos! Perfect location, close to tourist spots and well connected by public transport. I’d gladly stay here again. Thanks for the warm hospitality!

Very well kept. Clean and comfortable. Professional staff. Everyone was helpful, kind and well educated on costumer service. Christian made us feel at home. Location is great to access shops, restaurants and touristic places. Nice breakfast options and good coffee. The mini gym facilities are top range, clean and in good working condition.

The parking is far away and expensive so unloading/loading the car can take a long time.

Memorable stay

We came here for 4 nights and booked a premium king room with additional room with sofa bed. It was on the 4th floor facing to the quiet inner courtyard. At arrival we felt very welcome and everything seems very clean, rather new and neat here. Our room was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast was always very good and the cappucinos of my wife was never charged extra even. The staff is very hard working and always friendly. The room cleaning was just perfectly done. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the center of Turin. It really can not get any better. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and in Turin very much. We do not know why this hotel has some bad reviews. We will come back to this hotel when we are in Turin again for sure and hopefully very soon.

Just to be a bit picky the breakfast room does not have much natural light as it does not have any windows. That is really the only thing I can complain about this hotel.

Central, lovely hotel, fantastic breakfast

We spent here 4 relaxing nights. Very confortable, nicely furnished, clean room& bathroom. Fantastic breakfast, the home-made ricotta cake is delicious. The hotel is well-located, just a 3-minute walk from the central Piazza Castello, the Palazzo Madama, the Palazzo Reale and the historic Caffe Baratti&Milano.

We liked the location . The staf were excellent.

The room we had was divided by a thick wall which could be eliminated. The coloure of the walls could be more light coloured. No shower cap, hand held shower is more effective .

the location is perfect to discover Centro; the staff is friendly and caring

my room was to the interior court which basically is ideal for a quiet night with open windows, but in this particular case, it was noisy, like someone permanently opening and closing metallic bins of a certain size

Hotel is quite dated, check-in staff not very welcoming. The city tram in front of the hotel is very noisy in early morning. No felt pads on the chairs, so if there is someone upstairs dragging chairs constantly at 2am (in our case), sleeping is impossible.

Location of the hotel is excellent and very near to the historic centre of Turin. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast provided. Room a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. Comfortable, clean bed. All areas very clean.

Bathroom clean and towels changed every day but the shower area and general tiling in the bathroom was a bit tired and could do with a bit if a revamp.

Lovely stay in centre of Torino

Big room, quiet as facing the inner courtyard and with a lovely little balcony. Very clean and lovely staff. Breakfast was basic but pastry offering was delicious.

Great location and great staff

The staff attention was great, they were very supportive and kind. The room was so spacious. They offered free snacks for the evening and the restaurant for the breakfast was so good with great quality, also the location is excellent.

It does not have parking lot, so you have to go somewhere else, is a bit tricky to get by car to the hotel. We needed a permission to drive the car to the hotel. The room was so noisy since there is a metro going next to the rooms.
