Should I return to Turin, I would gladly choose this hotel again.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — always smiling and even offering compliments when they noticed something they liked. Breakfast was fairly standard, nothing spectacular, but everything was fresh and good, with a nice variety to choose from. The room was spacious enough and always spotlessly clean, and I really appreciated having a kettle with complimentary tea available. The entire hotel was clean, tidy, and genuinely welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

The only thing that didn’t meet my expectations was the room temperature. It was too cold for my taste, even though the heater was set to the maximum. During the night, the room became so cold that the water in my bottle was icy — uncomfortable to drink, especially for someone with a sensitive throat.

My stay at Hotel Politecnico

The staff is welcoming and smiling all the time.

The single beds are so tiny for adults. More suitable for kids. All the TV channels are Italian. Wished to have some international channels for non-Italian guests.

The air conditioning was not working despite being listed among the room’s amenities, resulting in a sleepless night during the unbearably muggy heat of the Turin summer.

The stay was satisfactory.

Staff were helpful & friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel is located close to public transport so getting into the city proper was quite easy. Staff were able to sell us the daily travel passes which assisted.

The room was a little spartan. Also we thought that there was a restaurant in the hotel but this wasn't the case.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations!

Breakfast was wonderful and various: no wishes more! The room was ok.

We had to pay for the parking place but there are no warranties that nothing happens.

It´s my go-to hotel when I am in Turin. The staff is super friendly and pofessional. Good breakfast. Nice spacious rooms very well equipped (water kettle and selection of instant coffees and teas, small safe, minibar). Well connected to the city. Free parking options. Silent rooms. Good air conditioning.

The immediate surroundings are not particularly charming, You need to walk 10 minutes to be in an interesting part of the city.

Very professional staff. Extremely kind and helpful. Good breakfast (they kindly provide early coffee and croissant to guests leaving the premises very early in the morning). Rather quiet. Proximity of Tram/Bus station.

Very good overall

Room was big, comfortable and with everything you need. Breakfast was lovely and had so much variety. Staff was nice and polite at all times. You can find free parking in front of hotel, and tram is just a few minutes walk - so very convenient either way.

Downside is that floor was basically made out of dust and bathroom could be cleaner. Also, our room was on top of reception and facing the front, and there was a very loud noise (like a gate or chain being pushed) every few minutes which woke me up a few times so, if you're a light sleeper, I suggest you book another type of room that has options not front facing. :)

The bathroom was terrible, shower doors was not closing properly and was leaking water.

The staff is helpful to a limited extent but very polite.

Room heating is switched off throughout the night. The linen and towels are not changed in a multi-day stay. There is no restaurant in the hotel and there is no food service available. The breakfast is very limited and no nearby restaurant making it difficult in rainy, snowy, or cold weather. The room charges fluctuate to double and then drop to half online in a span of few hours and it does not justify the limited facilities that the hotel offers.
