Another excellent stay.

We have stayed before and have returned several times. the location 100mtr from the Central station and on the end of the main street is excellent. You are in walking distance of all the attractions. Breakfast is very good. Staff excellent. A very good hotel.

Excellent location for walking into city, trains and tram. We were staying for ATP finals so perfect.

Location was great but for what we paid it was over price for a room with a non working jacuzzi.

Be ready to be disappointed.

- The handyman Michele was SUPER helpful trying to help us in the many issues we had with the property/room. - Vicinity to the train station.

Serious Issues: - The hotel/apartment includes 'ELEVATOR' as a feature. That is not true; the apartment DO NOT have elevators. We had to carry heavy packages to/from the apartment. - No AC. The apartment AC malfunctioned from the moment of our entry due to power failure. Apparently, after situations of this sort, the entire AC circuit could malfunction. The property tried to fix it BUT our room remained in a 28C for the July entire stay regardless of 5 phone calls to reception requesting help; unacceptable.

Great location

The location is on point with everything at a walking distance. This is a must when traveling with kids. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Only thing is keeping me from rating a 10 is the elevator. The elevator could only fit 2 people, so if you have a bunch of luggage, be prepared with to do multiple trips.

The room was a great size and very comfortable for my solo stay. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Easy walkng down the main Piazza's of Turin, great dining nearby, and awesome shopping!
