A wonderful little b and b right in the centre of the historic area, everything walkable and a lovely little cobbled street. So quiet inside and comfortable. Excellent breakfast served in the room by the lovely helpful host Andrea. He organised a taxi for us on departure, everything was perfect, would definitely stay here again.
Nothing!

The location is perfect for taking in the sights of Turin, and the charming room was clean and comfortable.

It was very conveniently located to Centro Storico.
I felt safe there and having a lift was essential.
The owner,Andrea, was extremely thoughtful and helpful, suggesting excellent places to dine and helping me to find my way around the city. Nothing was too much trouble.
The rooms were rather tired and lacking in natural light.
Needed new pillows and towels smelled a bit musty.

The property is centrally located, which is a big plus, but it's situated in a ZTL (limited traffic zone), so private vehicles cannot access it directly—taxis are an exception. We parked our car in a lot about 10 minutes away on foot. Keep in mind that the streets in the center are paved with stone slabs, which makes it a bit tricky to walk with rolling suitcases.
Breakfast is served in the room based on a fixed menu that you choose the evening before. Complimentary water is also provided, which was a nice touch.
The bed was large and very comfortable, and the towels were of excellent quality.
We stayed in two rooms: the King Room and the Superior Double Room. Both were spacious and charming. However, the mini fridge in the Double Room was extremely small—only two 500ml bottles of water could fit inside.
There is indeed a small private garden, but the furniture is old and poorly maintained, with rust in some places.
There’s no air conditioning—only a floor-standing unit (“pinguino”) with an exhaust hose through the window. Unfortunately, you can’t really use it in the evening due to mosquitoes.
Wi-Fi was practically non-existent during our stay.
The water pressure in the shower was quite low.
Slippers are provided, but they are not disposable—even though they’re textile, they must be returned at check-out and are washed for reuse, which may not appeal to everyone.
Noise can be an issue, both from the surrounding restaurants and from garbage collection early in the morning.

The owner was available and ready to help with any request.
The room was nicely decorated, yet more original oriented then practical.
It was very clean and each day while we were out detailed cleaning was done
Position was very good right in the city center within walking distance from most important historical places
We visited during very hot wheather, and while a portable aircon was provided, we need to open the window in order to let the draineage out. As such during the night, especially early in the morning , the interior court where garbage was collected disturbed the silence quite strong.
The breakfast mean was limited and as such for the full 4 days we stayed we had the same sandwich with coffee. Maybe an omlette or eggs would be a good variation.

This place had lots of charm, and the location was great. Andrea actually delivered our breakfast to our room. And he was helpful
The bathroom had some need to fix towel bars and provide a shelf or something to hold shampoo, soap, razor, etc. in the shower.
The wifi was poor or spotty

The accommodation is strategically located in the city. The room is nicely decorated. The manager of the accommodation is very kind and helpful. It has a nice groove in which, unfortunately, they don't let you enjoy your breakfast. Also there is an issue with cleanliness as we found spiders in the room

great location. Andrea was a very attentive and most helpful host
The room was a bit damp, musty and funky. no air conditioning and a noisy ceiling fan. It was over priced. It should be a 2 star accommodation.

Located in the center of Turin. Walking distance to main attractions. And of course, Andrea, our host was very accommodating! Exemplary service. Thank you.
Definitely no parking for a rental car.

Location excellent and host friendly and helpful. Room very quiet which we didn't expect in the centre of the city.
Breakfast wasn't quite up to expectation but it would be unfair to expect a full continental choice in a small b& b.

The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect. The host was very friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Both rooms that we booked was to a high standard.

This is a very central location in a narrow street. The accommodation is through a courtyard and feels very homely. The rooms are decorated in a distinctive style and charming. The bed was very comfortable.
I wouldn’t complain about anything for the sake of it. Wi-Fi a bit slow, more breakfast choices perhaps?

Andrea is a fabulous host. He is very flexible, patient and kind. He even woke up and made us nice breakfast at a very early time of the morning when we had to leave the house. The room and the bathroom were very nice, clean and had a good atmosphere.

It is a very beautiful guest house, in a great location. The breakfast was lovely. Andrea was wonderful. He really went out of his way to ensure we had a great holiday. He even provided crutches when my husband hurt his leg while skiing. What a perfect host. Although we didn't get to meet Giuliana, she was always a pleasure to communicate with.

Love this place. Andrea was really great, meeting us when we arrived a little later than expected and showing us around. The room was nice and big, and very clean. Bed was very comfortable which is a plus. We put our breakfast request to Andrea who brought it up to us in a trolley which was fantastic and a nice little touch to our stay. He also helped us print some tickets which was very nice! Our room was also cleaned and tidied each day which was unexpected but much appreciated. Location was fab and we found a lovely coffee bar and wine bar right next door.
I would definitely come back and have already recommended it to family and friends.

The hotel is located in an excellent location in the middle of Turin's old town. You can easily walk to all the famous landmarks and attractions the city has to offer. The room may be small, but it is cozy and has charming retro touches like a wooden antique ceiling and antique furniture. The host was extremely polite and helpful, making it easy to communicate and get help when needed. We also appreciated the availability of cold, sparkling water to refill our drinking bottles.
The rooms were serviced and cleaned daily
When we arrived, there was a strange smell in the room. However, after opening the windows to air it out and turning on the ventilation system in the bathroom, the smell disappeared.
The TV in the room was very small, making it difficult to see the screen from a distance when we tried to watch it one evening. However, this is likely not a major concern for most travelers visiting Turin.

It was very clean and comfortable. My room was off a floral courtyard. It was quiet and peaceful at night and I slept well. They cleaned the room every day and the breakfast was outstanding. I enjoyed sitting in the courtyard and relaxing. The room was located very close to the historical district and was convenient to everything in Torino.
There were no negatives.

Me and my friend stayed here for 4 nights. The room is just what we needed, such a gorgeous area and so lovely decorated. Feels so authentic Italian, staff couldn’t have done more for us they were amazing! Couldn’t have asked for more!
needed a bigger fridge but they have fresh cold water provided at all times anyway so not a big deal!
