Good location and parking

Parking, except when trying to check in. Not the hotels fault as people had parked in front of hotel who were not checking in. Plenty of places to eat, not too far from everything. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom

The original room we were given was very small with old facilities. The new room we were moved to following a request for this was a nice size and clean.

The original room we were given had a blocked sink. Upon entering the room, there were also large insects flying, which was unpleasant. The staff at the reception at the time of checking in sent a team member to unblock the sink, but the product used only made it worse. Instead of offering to move us to another room, the staff gave multiple excuses with no attention to the client and told us that they would send an engineer to dismantle the sink (at 22.30 at night). Upon insisting, we were moved to a new room the following day, only to have a continuous dripping sound coming from the air vents and poor/no Wi-Fi connection. Again, instead of helping to find a solution, the staff was dismissive and defensive. This is a shame as it was not the hospitality expected from a 4-star, global hotel chain, and considering the price paid for three nights.

Exceptionally helpful concierge (Luca), very clean, quiet and spacious room, comfortable beds, breakfast was good, very close to city centre, secure parking.

It was a single room but it didn’t feel like it! Everything you needed & more! The bed was especially comfortable being slightly bigger than a single bed!

Perfect location and good price

The location is perfect. Just near the train station and the are is so quite. I enjoyed the room with a terrace. The room is well equipped with a kettle, free coffee and a bottle of water everyday. The room is cleaned everyday.

The breakfast was enough but could have more variety. If you stay longer than 2 days, you have all same limited offers.

location is perfect, close to the central station and to the central part of the city as well.

Smell of the roast beacon ruined my morning. The smell reached to the 4th floor. The mattress was not comfortable, a little bit hard for me

Everything. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Italy，Especially the cleaning lady is so nice,and the front desk is also very nice. I don’t try the breakfast because I can’t get up that early. If it wasn't for the next day there was no room available, I would definitely stay another night. Questo è il miglior hotel in cui ho soggiornato in Italia, soprattutto la donna delle pulizie.

The Wi-Fi password is no easy to figure out,I didn’t figure out at last, but the Wi-Fi seems fine, but except this ,everything is perfect.
