Great value, friendly, good location

Comfortable bed, clean, quiet room, great location for the historic city centre and Porta Nuova train station, really helpful staff (especially Davide who was working nights and gave us a very good recommendation for a late night restaurant/bar to head to - we arrived quite late).

It is very conveniently located. There’s plenty of places to eat and drink.

It is a short walk from the train station. The lobby area is spacious and well lit. The staff is very warmth and friendly. The room is very clean and comfortable.

The lift is constantly halted for service and upgrading.

Location is ok, near center

Room needs refurbishment, there was a smelo of smoke - even when we complained the answer was to open window. Definitely not worth the money

Great Hotel and location

We love the location - so near to Porta Nuova Station and metro. We find the bedrooms have everything we could wish more. Amazingly, being so near to busy area, it is extremely quiet and easy to get a good night's sleep on their very comfortable beds. It has been our 'go to' Hotel for some time now when we need an overnight stay for an early departure next day or late arrival. Hope to keep on using this Hotel in the future.

This is not a 4* hotel! everything is old: furniture,electric facilities, elevator,etc. The breakfast was light (even poor) and one morning i even discovered an expired yoghurt! Do not recommend

Location

Confusion during check out, i was asked to pay an already paid reserved stay one week prior to checkin in. It was a bit disorganized and should have been done between booking.com and hotel discussion. I already showed the receptionist that i had paid thru my bank and even showed the phone entry and date of payment confirmation, still he asked me to pay then after rechecking he had to cancel the transaction on my card. Hassle

Being very close to train station Porta Nova(50m) you can hear the train noise sometimes in the early morning.Breakfast is minimal in best case ,they have very few products.it s more an 3 star hotel

this is a run down hotel, very far rom a 4 stars :( :( breakfast was very poor, bedroom was big but with a dysfunctional layout - couldn't work properly on the desk, lots of noise from the adjacent rooms, it was a business trip, but i will never return to this hotel. Internet connection was also poor - which for working makes it difficult. It was the worse 4 star hotel i ever stayed in my life.

Clean and comfortable budget hotel

Room was very clean and very comfortable. Excellent location close to the main train station but still nice area. Easy to walk anywhere, supermarket round the corner. Bed was super comfortable. We only stayed one night passing through Turin but would stay again if looking for a simple budget hotel.

No toiletries in the room at all, even hand soap. Would have appreciated being able to wash my hands on arrival! Room basic with some visible wiring but nothing to be concerned about.
