The staff were excellent, attentive and helpful. Made everything better for our stay.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating. When we reported that our shower drained slowly, it was fixed that day. It was our first stay and we were upgraded to a larger room - the staff was the best part of the stay - we really loved them!
The bathroom shower is a little scary because of the step up and curved doors, but it comes with an old building that has to have upgrades that work with the architecture. In the end, I will take the oddities of an old building with character over the blandness of new construction any day.

Very happy with room, comfort, bathroom, breakfast, staff courtesy.
The soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and we could have done with a few more teabags in the room, there were only two.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Location is close to center, but still you need to walk a little. The room was large, clean and fascinating.
The hall is a little disappointing, with respect to expectations. From outside, the hotel looks quite ordinary, while the rooms are eventually nice.

Very charming and lots of thought and attention to detail. The owners Stefano & Rudolfo(?) were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, providing restaurant recommendations and suggestions on what to visit while in Turin.

We appreciated…..The friendliest welcome! Super comfy beds. Our characterful room (the jacuzzi was a bonus). A great breakfast. Proximity to Porto Nuovo station and the centre. We had a really nice stay, thank you.
Nothing, it was great.

Location. Amazing staff. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Cleanliness. Great sized rooms.
Internet kept falling out. Hard to locate in apartments. Minor issue.

On a quiet street with local mini markets close by, plus cafes and a couple of restaurants. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is 15 minutes from the train station and good for the city centre. Very nice breakfast. We wanted a hotel for the ATP tennis and although about 40 minute walk to the venue a nice walk and good after sitting watching tennis all day.
Nothing.

We stayed two nights with a break in the middle. The hotel is well placed for the Porta Nuova station and in an interesting area of town - the Crocetta. Both the rooms were comfortable and the street was relatively quiet. The breakfast which we had on one day was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

This was our second time at the Hotel Liberty and we were not disappointed. The location is very central but quiet at the same time and it’s very closed to Torino Porta Nuova train station and airport shuttle bus. The staff is extremely kind and thoughtful. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast is served between 7am to 10am and it was very generous. We really enjoyed the home made bakery selection…maybe even too much!
From a practical level the vicinity to the train station. From a “poetical” point a view we loved the large “Liberty” style stairway that connect the four floors and the breakfast room facing the inner courtyard.

The staff were very friendly. Our room was a good size , we received an upgrade, it was clean and the beds very comfortable. There is also a lift. We had booked parking at the hotel door which made driving there very easy.
We took breakfast at the hotel which we both really enjoyed, a good selection of cereal, croissants, cakes, cold meats, cheese. I particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs. The coffee was good.
The location for exploring the city centre was excellent.

The room was large, beds were comfy, the breakfast service was great, and the staff were very friendly. Given the heat wave at the time of our visit, the AC could have been a bit colder (temperature cannot be adjusted in the room).
Lack of ability to adjust room temperature.

It was a nice clean room but quite dark so had to have the light on in the day.
Not enough light in our bedroom.

Great location and nice staff! If you drive they are proactive and take care of your car for a 20 Euros per day.
Only 2 small bottles of water in the fridge and nothing else. More water would be appreciated.

Hotel Liberty is a wonderful hotel. My family and I have just returned from a 5 night stay and we all had a fantastic time in Turin. Rodolfo and the team at Hotel Liberty could not have done anymore to have made us feel anymore welcome, and to have looked after us all. Our room was a large family room which included a jacuzzi. The room was spotless and we absolutely loved the period furniture, which is entirely in keeping with the city, which is rich in Art Nouveau (Stile Liberty) buildings, as well as Baroque masterpieces. We paid for the breakfast at the hotel every morning, and again this was very good value for money, with a good choice of foods for everyone. Again, the staff were absolutely superb and nothing was too much trouble. Turin itself is a fantastic place to visit, with world class museums, wonderful shopping, dozens of historic cafes, incredible food and wine. On the second Sunday of every month there is an enormous flea market called Il Gran Balon, which is fantastic to experience, if your visit coincides with this. We will return to Turin and to Hotel Liberty. Grazie mille Rodolfo and team 🙏🏻.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

It is a proper solid old building and a proper hotel* - On a quiet street - a short walk from the railway station/main sights and shorter from the nearest tram line. No frills but everything I needed was provided - even tea making facilities (I am British, bring your own black tea as only herbal tea bags provided). Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby - ask reception for recommendations - I did and was happy with their suggestion. There is a classic Italian Scooter by the stairs - sadly guests do not get to take it for a spin.
*I have had it with AirBnB style "managed by a private host"
It was a public holiday week - so I paid a little more than I would usually set for a budget - but I suppose that is commercial reality.

Beautiful hotel with great staff, very happy with the location close to the centre.
I didn't like that the room was quite warm in March and the provided duvet is too thick, so too hot in the bed with the duvet on, cold without the duvet, maybe a good idea to provide a thinner duvet. In the morning too much light in the room.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect for being close to Porta Nuova, but the area around the hotel is residential, safe and very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. There really was nothing they could improve on.
