Perfect stay in lovely Turin

Excellent location, right outside the train station! Very convenient. Also near most of the sites to see. The staff are so friendly, upon check in, breakfast, and check out. Most especially Alice, at check in, who was so bubbly and made us laugh. Rooms are very spacious and clean, complete with all the amenities you need.

We have a wonderful stay...

The hotel's general areas and room were clean and very well maintained. All staff members (reception, bar, buffet) were attentive, helpful and courteous. Breakfast room and variety of food items were wonderful. Complimentary mini bar in the room was a nice touch (like something from another world or planet!) Bar/bistro next to the entrance/lobby have delicious dining options for early diners like us. All and all we have a wonderful stay...

It's a lovely experience.

The Turin Palace Hotel was definitely a fantastic choice for us! The staff there were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and well facilitated, with beautiful windows providing city view. It is located quite in the city central but you don't hear any noises or so. Main characters are within walking distance. The breakfast is lovely. The hotel is out of ZTL zone so no worries of driving in. Cannot think of anything that is not satisfying here!

Great surroundings, great staff attitude

The staff. We arrived late, we were advised to go on the roof terrace for snacks, where we were very well looked after, even though they were closing.

Nice hotel with great breakfast

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, with a fabulous bathroom. Staff were very welcoming on reception. The breakfast was great with lots of choice.

Minor things - no proper cups or glasses in the room. Only one lift working which meant long waits for luggage. The room we had was also very noisy from the trams outside although appreciate the hotel can’t do much about that.

Got woke up 3 times in the middle of the night full lights on , AC blowing. Apparently there was an electrical outage in the night, but who let all the lights in the bedrooms lite up when the power comes back.

Luxurious experience in Turin - highly recommended.

Everything about the Turin Palace Hotel was perfect. The staff were so helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome (thanks so much for showing us where to find great chocolate and leather goods!). The hotel itself was beautiful, from the airy and art-filled lobby to the rooftop bar and cafe with its beautiful views and relaxing vibe. The room we stayed in was spectacular: modern and bright, comfy bed, all the amenities one needs, and spic-n-span clean.

Great hospitality and service

Cleanliness, location, the spa, the salty croissant at breakfast and the gym. But most of all the staff. The entire staff (really everyone) was great, kind, smiling, welcoming and we could feel a real sense of hospitality and service.

The hot meals at breakfast could be cold. Would be better to keep a cover on the plates to help keeping the scrumble eggs and bacon warm.

Loved Every Moment – Especially the Rooftop Evenings in Turin

The room was spacious, and the bathroom was a good size. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent. Arriving by car is very easy – you can park right in front of the hotel to unload your luggage.

On the downside, the Porta Nuova garage is extremely expensive (they charge until midnight, and after midnight it counts as a new day – so if you stay one night, you actually pay for two days). A useful tip: about a 10-minute walk away there is a garage called Parcheggio Galileo Ferraris, which costs about a third of the price and charges by 24-hour periods.

Charming, amazing, the best start of our holidays in Italy

The location is absolutely perfect, in the heart of Turin. The hotel is beautiful, the staff simply amazing, kind and accommodating ! The room was big and very comfortable !

Lovely hotel next to one of the main stations. Superb facilities.

The room was bright and very spacious and had a large terrace. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom clean and well equipped. Breakfast was fabulous although on the final day we had to leave at 7am and only had access to a very basic breakfast. Spa was lovely. Roof terrace and bar was great. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were no glasses in the bedroom just paper cups, despite having a complimentary minibar, which I found surprising. Our prebooked meal on the roof terrace was moved to a rather drab and unpopulated dining room as we were told rain was expected. It didn't rain. We cancelled the meal booking and had a nice bar meal on the terrace instead. Would have liked a fuller early breakfast.

It is clean and has good location and silent

It is unsafe and our jewelry were stolen in the room by the cleaning crew and we found out the hotel does not have cctv camera in the corridor as well as the lobby or anywhere inside the hotel. Hence we were helpless and unable to get any information about the incident as well as help from the hotel and the police

A lovely hotel, handy to the railway & great service.

The room was lovely, quite spacious, very clean & comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, clean & everything we needed was provided. We had a desk, small table & chairs, kettle for tea & coffee and a comfortable bed. The restaurant was lovely, great service & beautiful food. We really enjoyed the bar. The barmen were very friendly, helpful & efficient. It was a lovely area to sit & relax in.

The hotel is elegantly furnished and professionally run. It is a great place to stay.

Breakfast was very good. There were plenty of options all of excellent quality. The restaurant was also excellent. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. There is a large public space with a bar area so you are not confined to your room. Good weather permitting, you can also sit in the roof garden and enjoy the jasmine blossom and fabulous views. The hotel is conveniently located at the side of the main station.

I asked for tea one morning instead of the usual excellent coffee. The obliging staff brought a pot of hot water and a tea bag. I put this down to cultural differences!!! Everything else was perfect

Loved it!

Location was great, easy to get to from the train station and easy walk around. Good breakfast included. Room was sparkling clean. The bed was nice and comfy. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We also got our room upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. We didn’t have time to enjoy a cocktail at the rooftop, but we will come back :) Thank you very much!
