Lovely accommodation and location.

Pleasant staff. Was given one of the apartments in adjacent building. Lovely large room, and the bathroom has a good shower. Clean comfortable beds. The coffee machine was a welcome addition.

It was hard to regulate the heating leaving room, too warm at times, and opening windows was very noisy with traffic.

Very heavy keys/door - like a prison, and no blanket, cold air con, broken shutter meaning room very dark & light needed to be on all time.

Pleasant hotel and staff, would stay there again :)

The room was really great, very large and with pretty much everything you might need (including quite a big selection of dishes and kitchen utensils as well as a washing machine). The location was also nice, I mostly used Uber to travel around so can't comment on the closeness to public transport stops. The lady who checked me in and welcomed me was very nice and helpful.

I don't have any big dislikes, just small improvement ideas. Might sound silly, but there was no coffee in the room, which was a bit annoying considering there were 20 packs of tea available. I feel like if you have coffee in the name of your hotel, you should have coffee in the rooms too.

A little stressful and underwhelming unfortunately.

The secure garage parking was small and not suitable for family salon cars. It also had a sharp incline into the garage. The car scrapped the bottom and we had to take luggage out so the we could get in. It took us about 20 minutes it annoyed one of the neighbours as it was in a courtyard with other peoples garages close to there flats. Coming out of the garage it crossed a tram line which you had to be on so the courtyard door could close. luckily one one staff came to help us come out at the right time. The Staff however were very helpful.. The Accommodation was much less than you would expect for a genuine suite.

Godd location very close to the main station and within reasonable walking distance of most tourist sites. Large, very comfortable and quiet room. Very pleasant staff and a good breakfast.

Excellent choice per location/value/money

Location is great in the heart of historic Turin. Room was super clean with little kitchenette. Breakfast was compact but tasty and lovely. Place is surrounded with restaurants and ice cream shops and main shopping brands

Great option for any visit to Turin.

There were tons of places to choose from for meals in very close proximity to this location. A parking garage was also very close to the property for us to park our rental car at. The sites we wished to see were within reasonable walking distance. The air conditioning worked extremely well (which was very nice since it was soooo hot while we were there). Breakfast was included on site and had a decent number of options.

Great for walking tour- good value

Close to station. Easy to walk to nearby sights.Good breakfast options. Pleasant helpful staff.Easy access when reception closed. Left luggage store. Good value place to sleep and have breakfast. Small supermarket and many restaurants close by. Try the Hot Pot and the Mexican.

Got a bit confused with room 1 being 101, so practice your Italian numbers. Busses outside noisy especially of course with window open. Noise from other guests rooms. Room on small size. Not a room with a view .`Sink did not have plug so nearly got object stuck down plug hole.

Clean and comfortable hotel in the centre of Turin. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Excellent location near trains and buses. Plenty of eating options nearby.

A great choice for a city break

Location was great a short distance from the main station, and city centre with numerous cafes and restaurants a short walk away. The check in was quick and easy. The room was a decent size and very clean, with a splendid shower room. There was a nice selection of toiletries and a full minibar. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The TV was a good size with a good selection of channels. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. Check out was smooth with a dedicated luggage storage room.

The wifi was spotty at best, and often didn't work at all. The only poor point of an otherwise excellent hotel.
