Dissapointing

After spending the night before in Best Western Plus Royal Superga Hotel, Cuneo, which was great by all means, this hotel (which I assume is part of Best Western chain) was a big disappointment. Aside from breakfast which was great and the room which was lovely, my experience wasn't as good as I expected. To begin with, I was told by the woman in the reception to park my motorcycle right around the corner. Apparently the parking space was approx. 300 meters from the hotel and carrying the motorcycle luggage was equivalent to practicing in the gym. I also had to pay for it! When I asked to go to the spa, I was told that a) I should have reserve a spot and b) the Jacuzzi wasn't working. When I returned to Torino after a few days and spent two more nights, I knew that this hotel is out of the equation.

Nice central hotel - however, despite what it says in the listing, there is no parking available

Great location and still relatively quiet. The room was big and the breakfast really good with more variety than at many hotels in Italy.

It says on the listing that the hotel has parking which is why I booked it. The hotel does not have any parking. They have a place where you can unload but you then need to go in search of a parking garage. So I think that listing absolutely needs to change, they should not be allowed to tick the "parking available" box.

Fine for what I needed

Breakfast options were excellent but there was no decaf coffee sachets in the drinks options which I needed as the self service machine delivered decaf coffee which was far too strong for my stomachAs above

Very pleasant stay in a central location. Staff very helpful.

Great location, very central to good restaurants. Easy to get taxi from hotel to main bus station for onward journey to Milan airport.

The toilet flush stopped working so we had to get staff to fix it two days on a row. There was a hefty additional charge to use the Jacuzzi/spa.

Good, confortable stay for a couple of nights

The property has a good location and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Some of the equipment in the room (e.g. air conditioning) is a bit old and makes a lot of noise, which makes it hard to sleep. Opening the window instead of using the air conditioning is also not an option because of the outdoors noise.

Decent hotel for decent price in decent location

Location was fine beside train station and a few mins walk from main area. Hotel a little dated but not untypical of this size hotel in Italy

While walking down to a restaurant on a street behind the hotel/ train station, we found it a little dead at night but for large groups of men hanging around which was a little intimidating. However if you were going back into the main area of the city then this was not a problem

The location is excellent and the hotel looks nice.

The Wifi is absolutely terrible, it wasn't even strong enough for chatting applications such as whatsapp. The housekeeping was really bad. The sheets were not changed even though I specifically requested it on 2 days. They only gave me one tiny shower gel for a whole week's stay and didn't even replace it when it ran out. Again I had to specifically request it from the reception, after which they put in the normal-sized shower gel installed on the wall as it should have been in the first place. Therefore, it turns out that even though my room was supposedly cleaned daily, no one had noticed that this had never been installed in the first place. Overall, the room care leaves a lot to be desired.
