My stay was short , but very comfortable and great value

Everything was good The gentleman on reception , when I was leaving, was exceptionally pleasant and helpful ! The hotel is well situated for walking to all the points of interest . The hotel was directly in front of me as I left the station .

The area next to the station, was not the best. But I knew and expected this, it’s normal for station areas.

Comfortable stay near to train station

Near to central station in turin and walking distance to tourist attractions.

Dodgy area where there are lot of groups hang out on the streets. They may be nice people but for tourists and first timers it might look a bit scary.

In total it was a good hotel !

-Location is perfekt ! Just in front of corner from the main station and few minutes walk to the entrance of the city center. Many buses, tram stops & metro station to go every sightseeing places. -Good breakfast. -The reception person was stresst and didn’t explain a lot at the beginning but he was kind in general and tried to help us. -Very clean, big bath room -big window with a nice small balcony

- parking space was very limited even there was written “on-site parking “. We were able to park only from the second day. If you travel by car, I recommend to reserve it in advance. - Shower was only cold water in the evening. - water was leaking from the air conditioning machine. - when you walk down south to the street (against the city center), there were some rough streets. It was not too bad (just like other European big cities) but better not to walk alone or with small kids later in the evening.

Good hotel close to city centre

Good hotel close to center. Private parking was a big advantage . Staff at reception was very professional and helpful.

Problem with housekeeping, but was resolved quickly by reception staff.

Disappointed for the standard for a reputable chain hotel!

People on the street outside the entrance of the hotel trying to sell you drugs, air conditioning was broken, the bath was leaking when taking a shower, corridor was left in a mess when we arrived at 21:00. No sound proofing so you can hear people in the corridor. Parking was not explained on the website clearly, so had to pay out €24.60 for overnight parking..overall very disappointing

Pleasant

The room was interesting with a loft style ceiling and a window looking out on other roofs.

The carpet need to be replaced or a very good deep carpet clean. Not dirty but looked dirty and old. The spa is great but should have a handle on the wall to be able to use showerhead standing up. Also a blind for windows.

The place was clean and nice. The staff was friendly.

The location was not nice at all. Booking.com gave a deceptive description, as it said that the place was on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, whereas in fact it was on Via Nizza. The portici had a few shady characters. I did not feel very safe walking there alone at night.

A special experience

A good experience , the hotel. Everything was wonderful and more than I expected. The room is large on two floors, with a jacuzzi bath and a kitchen corner, opposite the metro and train station.next to it is an excellent shopping center

Spacious, clean and quit rooms, jacuzzi, in the city centre, good breakfast.

Neighbourhood is a bit creepy in the evening , rooms are a bit dated. No shower, only a bath and mould on the curtains and window in the bathroom
