Central location, big comfortable bed, nice breakfast and the staff were great

It was too hot in the room and couldn’t reduce the temperature, the windows could only be opened slightly, no bathtub only shower and no coffee in the room only tea.

Amazing stay

The position is amazing, very central and have vicinity with transportation. The breakfast was extremely good, and had a lot of variety. The staff was very welcoming and polite.The rooms were big and had all the amenities.

The bidet in the bathroom was leaking.

Lovely stay in a lovely city

Breakfast was amazing - anything you would want, it is there! Parking underneath the hotel is a big plus. Room was very nice. And most importantly, the location in the middle of Torino (near the trainstation) is perfect!

Turin is amazing and if we get a chance to go back again we will spend more time there!

Great breakfast. Really comfortable bed! Very friendly staff. It was a good location to go out and explore from. It was always nice to be able to see the yellow wall and hotel marquee when we came back from our explorations of the city.

There was no top sheet on the bed - this was true of a couple hotels we stayed in. There were no washcloths, this was also true of other places we stayed in.

Located in the proximity of the center there is easy access to restaurants and museums. Very close to the porta nuova trainstation. Gaia at the bar and Carlo provided superior service!

Facility is dated. Shower was tight and a huge cobweb was hanging in the corner of the bathroom. Our room was located on a noisy street. Saturday morning is recycled glass pick up early in the morning..
