Extremely clean, great facilities and location.
Bed was a little uncomfortable

This is a beautiful older building near the train station and in easy walking distances to major sights. Apartment was well equipped and we appreciated the on-sight attendant for checking-in and orientation to the city.
The mattress was quite firm but not a major problem.

Everything related to this place was excellent
minor comment is that, though the booking sheet says that an iron is available, this was not the case

Good location.
It wasn't an apartment, it was a studio room with poor layout. The kitchen was minimal, there was no dining space just a table in front of a couch. The street noise was load because the window was poorly fitted. I can't recommend it.

"We liked everything: very professional staff (Gabriele is the best receptionist), clean apartment, everything you need in the apartment for comfortable stay (to cook, for tea/coffee), perfect location..."
