Luxurious and classical.

The junior suite was enjoyable, ample, quiet and with great views of the city. Lots of marble - not very contemporary, but quite posh.

The hotel hosted the Galatasaray soccer team while we were there. The street was closed by policemen to keep rowdy fans at a distance. It was cumbersome to get into the hotel (you had to ask the police, if you found one who spoke English). Quite a nuisance.

enjoyable and comfortable...

central location and walking distance to all attractions and central to all transport. Breakfast was well organised and plenty of choices. Serving staff were well trained and very efficient. Level of communication in another language was excellent.

First century located with very friendly staff from the Bellman to the front desk. Well covered terrace with friendly service. Lovely swimming pool and a great hamam!!

We have already booked a return visit,

From the moment we checked in, every member of staff was fantastic .They anticipated our needs and nothing was too much trouble. We were provided with great restaurant recommendations by the front desk. The barmen directed us to sites we should see and were to buy certain goodies. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but the food and service were great.

Very happy to receive a generous room upgrade. Lovely views out over the old city. Excellent central location - walking distance to all the major attractions. A high quality luxury hotel with a nice spa, pool and well equipped fitness studio. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Stylish and affordable luxury right in the heart of an historic and beautiful city.

Beautiful suite at a reasonable price, right in the heart of Turin but in a quiet back street. Stylish spa facilities which were very quiet every time we visited. The city is incredible and right on the doorstep of the hotel. We had a great view of the city and the Alps.

I like a hard bed but appreciate they may not be for everyone.

location was excellent, very convenient to great shops and restaurants. Valet parking. Room was huge, great bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Breakfast was also great. very safe area and close to lively bars and restaurants.

Excellent staff, accommodation, and food!

From the moment I checked in to the check out time, staff were extraordinary. Pleasant, helpful, explaining everything in the hotel and around Torino. At breakfast the wonderful staff explained the origin of the foods, and suggestions for me (as a vegetarian) to try. The room was very comfortable and breakfast delicious. Thank you as it was only a fleeting visit, but the highlight of this recent travel!

Great location , bad food

Location was amazing, staff in reception were really nice . Good and comfortable bed. We were upgraded to a room with view which was nice and we got an amazing welcome package with wine , sweets and perfume testers . Very nice gesture which made us feel welcomed

Breakfast was not good. people working there even worse. Sad , not smiling and not asking / helping at all. Food in restaurant not good at all, and also expensive. However ,Cocktails in bar nice , manager of the bar really good !

Very nice, confortable and large suite. People of the hotel are very very nice and welcoming. The breakfast is very complete and tasty. The localisation is perfect. 8 minutes from el palazzo real.
