This is a beautiful and stylish suite. It was very tastefully decorated and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The suites have their own private lift. Check in was easy with an electronic door code. The bed was very comfortable and everything very clean. You are right in the centre of Turin, the attractions are within easy walking distance, as are many bars,restaurants, etc.This is a great place to stay to see the beautiful sights of Turin.

The location was amazing and the size of the apartment, presentation and facilities were outstanding. Very well managed to an exceptional standard.

Was quiet and cold but pictures seem to over exaggerate the quality of the room, but the AC was cold and the small laundry machine helped a ton.

Only 4 hangers. More would have been appreciated. No dish towels. Needs more lighting inside. TV in living area not in a good location for viewing.

Great location with the newly renovated suite- the Madama Suite facing Piazza Castelló.

Major house keeping issues: 1) mold and perhaps hard water stains on shower heads. 2) pet hair- fuzz balls rolling on floor and on sofa and in air that cause severe allergy reactions during the time of stay. 3) no backup toilet paper roll the last night of stay, ran out during the middle of night due to stomach issues. Thank God I had some backup facial tissue paper in my luggage. Otherwise would have been a big problem. 4) I was watching tv and it was left on for about two hours one afternoon . The tv had a message on screen asking if I want to leave it on or not and if on press “ok” button. That was creepy! I felt like I was being monitored and I am now wondering if there was a hidden camera in the unit.

We were genuinely surprised by how beautiful and spacious the apartment was! It was cleaned for us daily, and they restocked the coffee, tea, and tissues every day. The apartment had everything we needed — all the kitchenware, a dishwasher, electric stovetop, and more. We had full privacy, and the location is right in the heart of Turin — an excellent and convenient area, close to public transportation. We truly didn’t want to leave! They answered all our questions quickly via WhatsApp. Just a heads-up: pay attention to the signs in the city center — it’s better not to drive into the central area to avoid fines. We recommend parking a bit further away and taking a bus. That said, the hotel staff helped us with everything, and we really hope we didn’t get a fine 🥹 Also we recommend to download the app “gtt to move” for public transportation tickets.

It was a bit difficult to connect to the Wi-Fi — it would’ve been nice if there were a simpler or more straightforward way to log in. Also, we had been out exploring all day before our arrival, so it was a bit hard to find time to complete the online check-in process, which required uploading passport photos and filling out all the details in advance. A quicker or simpler check-in option — maybe at the property itself — would have been appreciated. Other than that, we had a truly wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay!

Terrible virtual check in with poor communication. To access apartment had to got through courtyard full of industrial trash bins and workers from restaurants below my apartment & surrounding it smoking/talking and emptying trash/bottles. View of McDonalds across the street with 6am truck deliveries added to noise/misery.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The location was excellent. We were in the very heart of Turin, but the apartment was quite. Clean, spacious and very modern.

The suite was gorgeous and spacious. Location was excellent - in the heart of the historic area of Torrino. The host was very attentive and helpful. Comfortable bed which is rare in Europe.

Parking neaby in the underground lot was expensive. 2.00 euros per hour with no daily rate. Costs 48 euros/day.

The only thing I didn’t like is that we had to go home, the property makes you want to move in. 😄

Her restaurant recommendations were spot-on, adding to our wonderful experience. Families will find this apartment especially well-suited, with its comfortable layout and amenities. We also appreciated the convenience of the nearby garage, a lifesaver in a bustling city.

Appartamento meraviglioso, molto ampio e moderno. Dotato di tutti comfort, anche di acqua, the e caffe'. Bagno elegante, dotato dei set cortesia. Ambiente pulitissimo, profumato e accogliente. E' andato oltre le nostre aspettative. Dare 10 come voto e' riduttivo. Se potessimo daremmo molto di piu'. Posizionato a Piazza Castello in un punto strategico per visitare la citta' e spostarsi per gustare piatti tipici o vari dolci o varie cioccolate tipiche del posto. Tutto lo staff ci ha seguito dalla prenotazione fino al check out, rispondendo sempre con estrema gentilezza e precisione ai messaggi che inviavo per consigli, suggerimenti o spiegazioni. Se dovessimo ritornare a Torino senza ombra di dubbio sceglieremo nuovamente questa struttura.

Pareti di colore scuro creano difficoltà soprattutto nella camera da letto che non è illuminata sufficientemente

Posizione eccellente. Appartamento molto ampio, ben curato, dotato di tutti i comfort. Pulito.

La posizione e la pulizia sono ottime, mi sarei aspettato due camere divise e non tutto in un ambiente.

Qualche piccola mancanza, il phone nel bagno e il fatto di aver dormito tutti e 4 nello stesso ambiente ha creato dei disagi per il russare di uno dei 4.

Suite bellissima, accogliente e silenziosissima nonostante sia in pieno centro con i tram che passano a pochi metri. La suite è praticamente un appartamento molto bello e spazioso dotato di ogni confort.

Per fortuna non c’è stata la necessità di accendere il riscaldamento perché i convettori sono molto rumorosi.
