Cozy boutique hotel

Nice and cozy hotel room with the most comfortable bed we tried during our trip. Breakfast was very complete with options for every taste. The rooms have a kettle to make tea, coffee. The location is quite good, all the areas we wanted to see/visit were easily reached in just a few minutes. The staff members we met were all very professional and friendly.

Excellent location and comfortable stay

Great option in the center of Turin

Great location -- right in the center and a few minutes' walk from the main train station but still very quiet. The room was large and super clean.

Top notch- hospitality very well done.

Location could literally not be better. The staff was wonderful at the front desk and for me particularly the delightful woman who handles breakfast. It’s simple, clean; and the energy is great. It’s everything you want and very well priced.

Great location, close to the main railway station and public transportation. Everything looks neat and fresh. Good breakfast. Highly recommended,

A bit noisy when your room faces the internal courtyard, where works start very early. An espresso coffee machine would be a plus.

Gorgeous boutique hotel

The location was really handy to the train station (2 mins) and an easy walk into the city centre. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and spacious, the air con was great. I had the free breakfast buffet with my booking - lots of yummy pastries, muesli, fruit etc. The staff were lovely and the building was secure.

Very very minor, but the fridge in the room wasn't very cold and it did not chill my bottle of water.

The boutique hotel was comfortable and in a safe location of Turin. We are glad we got a quiet room (we asked for one as per previous reviews)

Turin Heaven.

An ideal location when arriving by air or train. The bus stop from the airport is a short walk around the piazza and the train station is opposite. Excellent transport nearby to go to the car museum or Torino f c stadium. Our arrival was before the check-in time so we were able to leave our bags. When we returned, they had been placed in the room. The room was spacious with plenty of natural daylight and storage. There were several options for breakfast with friendly and attentive staff. I would definitely stay again.

Although we had tea/coffee making facilities in our room, there was no milk. (unless it was in the fridge and we didn't notice it) I am sure if we had requested some, it would have been ok. The staff at breakfast on our last morning were less attentive than before. Perhaps less experienced and much younger.

A perfect stay in a beautiful city.

The hotel, being a very short walk from the train station, was excellently located. It provided a central position for walking the city and for access to the metro for travel to auto museums. The room, delicious breakfast, helpful staff and security ensured a wonderful stay in Torino.

For us, there were no negatives.

Deu tudo certo. Estava tudo limpo e em ordem. Atendimento profissional, atencioso e muito bom. Cama confortável, chuveiro ótimo. Café da manhã bom e com variedade. A localização é excelente!

Nada que seja muito ruim. Na minha suite tinha um pouco de barulho de um restaurante em baixo do hotel. De manhã cedo, tem barulho das malas de rodinha pelos corredores.

Disponibilità, cortesia e professionalità dello staff. Molto comodo e agevole la vicinanza del parcheggio multipiani nelle immediate vicinanze, dettaglio non trascurabile per una struttura centrale.

Schönes Hotel in altem Gebäude mit toller Atmosphäre. Ruhig und super gelegen nahe Bahnhof Porta Nuova und Stadtzentrum. Alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Leckeres Frühstück und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Wir haben es genossen :-)

Sehr gutes Hotel - stadtzentral in Turin

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Turin. Gegenüberliegend vom Bahnhof Turin, und stadtzentral um die Altstadt von Turin zu besichtigen. Das Frühstück war wirklich ein Highlight. Käsesorten aus der Region, hausgemachtes Rührei und frische Kuchen-Variationen. Was will man mehr!? Ich werde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen… Thank you so much for Everything!!
