Worthy for the price and position

Good Location , Great entrance into the building ,nice shower .

Total absence of any type of staff except from messages on the phone . You need to use your phone to go in and out to open the 3 doors between the street and my room . The room has a “door/window” without any privacy except when you close the curtains . The mattress is not exceptional and the bathroom is covered by wall paper except for the shower . Lighting could be improved .

Health Incident Followed by Warnings About Possible Legal Action

Legal notice / context for readers: This review describes my personal experience and subjective opinion as a paying guest. I am not making factual allegations, medical diagnoses, or professional judgments. I am sharing what I personally experienced and how it was handled. I am starting this review by stating something I never expected to write about an accommodation: I was explicitly threatened with legal action for raising a health-related concern. I was told that if I claimed the water provided to me made me ill, I would be “questioning their professionalism” and that lawyers could be used against me. This alone would have warranted a negative review, regardless of what followed. At first, everything appeared positive. The apartment looks nice, the location is excellent, and the amenities are well presented. Unfortunately, my stay took a very serious turn that made me feel unsafe, dismissed, and intimidated as a guest. Before going to sleep, I drank water provided in the room in reusable, branded glass bottles stored in the refrigerator. In my personal opinion, the water tasted unusual. Shortly after drinking it, I began to feel extremely unwell. For context, I had not eaten for several hours beforehand, and I have extensive experience travelling and living in different countries with varying water quality. Throughout the night, I experienced severe nausea, vomiting, and intense stomach pain. This is a description of how I felt, not a medical diagnosis. The experience was serious enough to deeply concern me. When I reported this to the manager, I expected at minimum empathy or an attempt to understand what may have gone wrong. Instead, I felt that my experience was immediately dismissed. I was told that the problem could not be the water and that suggesting otherwise was unacceptable. The conversation escalated into warnings about legal consequences rather than any effort to investigate or ensure guest safety.

The heating didnt seem to work properly, despite being able to adjust, the thermostat continued to raise itself to 20.8 degrees. The room has a window, but a large one on the ground floor that opens to the square accessible by all other apartments, so one doesnt leave it open due to noise etc.

Fantastic Apartment in the Heart of Turin

I stayed in Apartment 6 and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is spacious, stylish, and extremely well-equipped — from the kitchen with a stove, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine, to the thoughtful touches throughout the interior design. One standout feature is the high-tech setup, including automated blinds, which added both comfort and convenience. The location is perfect — right next to a lively square and only a 10-minute walk to the Royal Palace, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Turin on foot. Daily cleaning service was a great bonus and kept everything spotless during my stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a modern, comfortable base in a central location!

• The apartment was a bit chilly during my stay in late May, and due to local regulations, the heating couldn’t be turned on at that time of year. That said, a spare blanket was thoughtfully provided in the wardrobe, which helped. • It’s not fully soundproof, so if other guests are talking or laughing in the courtyard late at night (after 11pm), the noise can carry into the apartment. It wasn’t a major issue every night, but something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper.

Great and convenient stay in clean and nice suite!

Great location! Easy check in. Cleaning staff were very nice, helpful and kind. Our suite was very nice and roomy with a small patio. Parking was easy at garage 150 meters away as suggested by the property. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Short walk to main sites. Having a little kitchen was great and convenient. It was quiet for being in niddle of the city!

It is on the gorund floor so you do not get a lot of light, but this is not a big deal as you want to explore the city during the day anyway.

Convenient and quality serviced appartment style room which worked well for us while visiting friends in Turin

High quality modern accommodation. Good heating during our cold weather stay. Bed linen and bathroom extras five star and comfortable double bed. Kitchen corner useful and hidden behind folding doors if needed. Tea provided and bottled water in the fridge. Daily servicing. Secure entry system. Very quiet but centrally located near to all tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. Telephone assistance available 24 hours a day as there are no reception staff.

Problem with digital entry via app but an alternative method using a numerical code was provided after phoning the helpline. Mezzanine level with room for two sleeping was difficult to access up steep stairs and it was impossible to stand up as ceiling was so low. No coffee making facilities provided.

Disappointed

Stylish setting

BEWARE!!!!!! They claim to have air conditioning and they dont! I even sent an email to confirm and they said they would turn it on and when i got there they said at this time of the year they didnt pur AC also on top of that they had the heater on which was terrible! Very very hot and uncomfortable that you cant manage the temperature by yourself. We also didnt like that they only put one toilet paper for a group of 3 people.

A beautiful hotel in the middle of Turin - walking distance to all the major sights!

A friend and I had 2 nights at Agora and it was an excellent location which made walking all around the centre of Turin very easy! We had a hire car and there wasn't any parking onsite, but we parked only a block and a half away at the Garage Autopalazzo on Via Bertola, and it was very good - just drop the car in and they park it for you! The room was very comfortable and decoration was lovely - the bathroom was amazing! The room listing said '2 bedroom', but was more like '2 bed'. There was a bed on the 'ground floor', and another on the mezzanine floor directly above it. The design was really good and plenty of headroom, etc., just something to note if you're expecting 2 completely separate bedrooms. Also, make sure you read the emails carefully before you arrive and get the 'bluetooth key' set up on the app before arriving. Once you have it it's a great system and wonderful not to have to take keys and just use your phone, but if you're a first time user you need to download and set up an account, etc., so pays to be prepared!

Camera bella pulita in palazzo d'epoca totalmente ristrutturato , l'unica pecca la notte si sentono vibrazioni del tram e il soppalco per i bambini molto pericoloso aperto intorno e lateralmente le scale senza nessuna sbarra di sicurezza con scala altissima .
