Large, airy apartments

Difficult to check in outside of office hours. We arrived early evening and had to go through many steps to access the keys. We were then asked to verify our ID with them during their office hours, which proved unnecessarily time consuming as we had to wait for the sole staff member to be available. The apartments are in a regular apartment block, not a hotel, which was fine, but wasn’t quite what we were expecting

Great value, spacious room, well located and friendly staff.

Convenient location, close to the centre. Receptionist during the day. Breakfast was available. The room had a high ceiling and large bathroom. Beds are comfortable.

Pillows were soft but we had 2. Quite noisy so take earplugs.

The perfect stay

I loved everything about this place. Very nice staff, fantastic location in the centre and in a lovely area, and I also felt safe due to two sets of keys and a combination to open the main door at night. I was given a free upgrade and the 'suite' they put me in was bigger than my own flat :D . The bedroom in particular was so spacious and roomy, with a very comfortable bed that made me sleep very well. All the facilities worked, including very good WiFi and also the heating, which you can regulate so it was nice and warm even in the cold weather. Very nice breakfast in the bar with homemade omelettes and other things they cooked on top of the usual Italian breakfast. I would definitely stay again!

Top quality in Turin.

The Residenza Dell’ Opera is ideally located in central Turin, only 5 minutes’ walk from the main attractions like the Royal Palace, the Egyptian Museum and the Via Po. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and shopping to match all tastes. Although the Via San Massimo is quite busy, the apartment is quiet. It is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well appointed: the bed was fabulously comfortable and the shower excellent. The staff could not be more helpful and obliging. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at the Residenza Dell’ Opera and recommend it without any reservation.

We stayed for one night and really appreciated the easy check-in, the friendly and welcoming staff, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The breakfast was excellent — a good variety of fresh options, delicious local food, and very good coffee.

reaching the hotel was quite difficult. The downtown area is restricted for vehicle access, so we had to walk with our luggage, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the mattress was extremely hard and made sleeping uncomfortable.

Perfectly located ina lovely building next to s former church in the heart of Turin with the added bonus of secure car parking,.

Great location.

This is a great location. Not too far to walk from train station and close to city centre. The street was very busy at night but we didn’t hear noise once in bed. We were upgraded to a suite and it was nice. Very big. Comfortable bed.

Our room and the building is lovely and a great location for easily exploring the city. Very clean and big bathroom. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, especially in accommodating my request for twin beds.

Trip to Torino

The location was great. Breakfast was served next door each morning. The "room" had a living room, kitchen and bedroom. It was a small boutique style building.

The location did not have a lot of coffee shops to grab a coffee in the morning, not a real negative.

Would love to stay again if the mattresses could be upgraded?! But may just have been our room.

Beautiful property, amazing decor, facilities, well located and such friendly and helpful staff.

The mattress was too firm for us, so we didn’t have the best sleep, but that’s just personal preference. I can’t fault anything else.

Budget stay in historical Turin

Location was in the historic centre of Turin. Well connected by trams and buses to all major attractions in the city. The room was clean but basic. Appreciated the Air con and kettle in the room. The rooms were good value and I would recommend if one is on a budget.

There were no cupboards and very little storage. Had to live out of my suitcase on the floor. The coffee and water were not replaced daily. Towels and sheets changed every 3 days.

Don't let the outside put you off, inside it's really lovely!

It was clean, spacious, well equiped and very comfortable. The location could not have been better, within walking distance to most of the main sites and shopping areas and it was surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. The staff member was extremely helpful, she told us where and what all the local places of interest were and marked them for us on a map of the city.

We only stayed one night but it was quite noisy, not from the street but other people in the building which is annoying when you have an early start. Getting out of the parking garage was challenging, the gates didn't automatically open and I had to get out of the car and hunt for buttons etc.

Gorgeous room, nice Juliet balcony to the street, lovely spacious bathroom with good toiletries. The staff were very helpful and the room was cleaned daily. Nice coffee in the room. Location was very central and just a short walk into the centre.

Superb

The position is perfect. Just a 15 min walk from the train station and then you find yourself right in the center of Turin. Our appartment was very nice and spacious. Beds are comfy and the bath tub is amazing. Check in was quick and the staff super friendly and helpful.

We stayed several time in this residence. The rooms are big and absolutely clean. The location is ideal : few minutes walking to the core of the city Parking either in the residence or in public parling nearby costs around 25€/ day
