Good place to stay in the heart of Turino.

The location within walking distance to The Duomo is quite good. Also the spa, though small, is quite nice with a steam room, sauna, and heated pool.

Comfortable and convenient.

The pool and sauna was fantastic, and a great way to warm up as we were travelling in the middle of winter. It was well kept and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very comfortable. Big comfortable bed and spacious room. Good restaurants very nearby.

Nothing major, but the room and the pool area could use a few hooks to hang the dressing gowns.

Not sure what I expected, but whatever it was, my expectations were exceeded. Will rec to anyone going to Como.

The people that operate this property care about what they do. They are very professional, but also kind and friendly. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. Beds and linens are very good quality and comfortable. There are interesting views of the lake from several directions. We weren’t planning on having dinner at the hotel, but decided to stay rather than go to a different town. The staff went out of their way to set up a sunset table for us on the rooftop deck and some light snacks to have with champagne. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The following evening, we had dinner at their sister property (Albergo Vapore) just across the courtyard, and the staff and owner made us feel very comfortable. The food and wine were excellent, and again, the staff ensured we were well take care of. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a high quality waterfront hotel experience on Como without having to spend 1000 a night! - also recommended: a vigorous walk up the hill to Montepiatto, where there is an excellent rustic little restaurant to greet you called Trattoria Crotto Montepiatto. Excellent lunch and very inexpensive. Also, the hotel is right at the ferry stop. It is so convenient!

The parking is a little bit of an inconvenience, but again the staff worked very hard to ensure it was as seamless as possible. You should be prepared to just leave your car in the car park for your stay and take the ferry to get to other locations. Again, this was not really a negative, just something to have to plan on!

Perfect high level stay in the center of everything

This hotel was right in the middle of where we wanted to be, close to the big museum and downtown shops. The beds were comfortable and the shower was really amazing.

I did use the spa and it was OK, but it was ever so tiny.

A great spot in a super location to explore the city.

Location is fantastic to get around walking the city. Maria at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are a good size, beds super comfy and all very clean and modern , overall nicely appointed .

Tissue in the room would be helpful ! The restaurant was adequate for breakfast ( expensive if adding people at €18 per) . It is open for lunch and dinner but seafood focused and very quiet.

Palazzo Bellezia luxury suites and spa is a gem in Turin.

We spent 5 nights at the hotel and we had great stay. The area was lovely, the room was spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was great value for money and as an extra bonus the minibar was free of charge and was stocked every day. What a luxury.

A hidden retreat in Turin

Really loved this place in Turin and would definitely stay again. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very comfortable and clean (loved the free minibar snacks also a nice touch!). A great selection at breakfast and fresh coffees (shoutout to the breakfast staff also you were great). The spa was also really nice, smaller than we thought but it does the job after a day of walking around Turin!

Design relaxation in the Roman quarter of Turino

Beautiful and large modern styled room with balcony and huge shower, very comfy beds, nice breakfast and great sauna, steamroom and pool in a great location. The young (blond) lady at the reception was extremely helpful in advice on aperitivo suggestions and carrying some of our luggage. We had a very nice dinner at their Osteria Il Porto and enjoyed vongole, grilled vegetables and fresh shell fish, polpo and sea bream. Accompanied by a powerful white Etna wine. Highly recommended. Our son forgot his beloved cuddle and they swiftly packaged and mailed it to us. Great service!

There was not enough space for us (3) to put our clothes. This made the room very messy with stuff everywhere. Also, the shower could use a small closet to put stuff in. It was a little dusty in the room on top of lamps etc, but no biggy.

Good location, great room, nice staff, nice SPA.

The SPA was minimal with two steam and Finnish sauna's and the pool, but it was not crowded, so it was relaxing and nice. The minibar was complentary which was very nice as we came during siesta and were hungry. The minibar helped us wait until the dinner.

The breakfast could have been better. The selection of food was pretty minimal and the quality was fine, but not superb. And a bit cleaner room floor would have been nicer.

Beautiful property, true to its words. Perfect location in Turin center

Clean, stylish, minimalist, elegant, simple and fresh breakfast, great staff. Fluffy Towels, nice crispy bed linen, comfy bed. Asked for an iron and board twice, always brought it swiftly. The hotel is well staffed super equipped, art deco type of building. Nice colours used. Also very spacious. Their mini bar is super cool, and the choice of fizzy water yummy! They stocked it daily free of charge.

The single feedback for improvement in my view would be to add Kleenex to the bathrooms. Also body lotion was missing and the soap dispenser needed fresh soap. These are minor details but could really help make it super impeccable.

Short romantic / family stay

Amazing stay!! The hotel is modern, very nice and extremely comfortable. The bed, the bedsheets, the bathroom... extremely nice! The price was also very decent, making it top notch for price / quality. Bonus point: the waiter at breakfast knew everything about local cheese, wine and food culture. We learned a lot!

Suite pulitissima, doccia molto ampia, suddivisione spari della camera, piscina stupenda e ben curata, colazione buonissima

Tutto bellissimo. Un po' di disagio per fare la doccia in quanto erano presenti vetri oscurati dall'interno (senza tende) ma il VELUX in alto non era oscurato. Riscaldamento che si staccava uscendo e quindi trovavamo la camera fredda ma si riscaldava in poco tempo

Il prezzo è un po'alto per la struttura: noi eravamo all'ultimo piano con tetto a mansarda che degradava e bisognava stare attenti a non picchiare la testa, per questo penso che il prezzo era un po'alto. La struttura è comunqua nuova a ben arredata e la SPA piccola, ma piacevole e pulita

Charmant hôtel dans le centre historique

Charmant petit hôtel de 12 chambres très joliment décorées, celle que j’ai prise ressemblait à un petit appartement avec un salon, une chambre, un balcon, une immense salle de bain et même un frigo et de quoi se faire du thé ou du café. Il y a une belle piscine avec hammam et sauna qui est peu fréquentée donc j’ai pu en profiter en étant seule. Pas mal de choix au petit déjeuner dans le charmant restaurant attenant. L’hôtel est calme et dans le centre historique donc pratique pour les déplacements. Je tiens à féliciter particulièrement Krizia de l’accueil qui a été exceptionnelle avec moi, une belle rencontre.

Seul bémol : pour moi la literie était trop rude pour mes problèmes de dos.

Molto accogliente, in una posizione strategica. La spa, se pur piccola, composta da piscina con acqua riscaldata e Idro massaggio, sauna, bagno turco e doccia sensoriale, angolo tisane, e’ molto pulita e accogliente. La colazione molto buona, il personale gentile e disponibile. La camera molto bella.

Costo sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità della struttura e servizi , nonostante sia comprensibile un aumento di tariffa per ATP finals. Pessima insonorizzazione : dalla suite executive si sentono tutti i rumori del ristorante al piano terra oltre ai vicini! Assolutamente da sistemare Colazione molto basica : poca varietà e scarsa qualità

Great hotel and spa for a Turin adventure

Comfortable, tidy, and neat hotel in the heart of the old city. Easy base to get out and explore, close by to some excellent restaurants, shops, and amazing sights. Spa facilities were an excellent bonus.

Heel goed ontbijt, zeer uitgebreid. Prima locatie, veel highlights op loopafstand. En op een pleintje in de buurt geweldige restaurantjes.

De kamer had geen mogelijkheid om te zitten, er stond geen stoel.
