Lovely place.

The location was amazing, very close to city center and Via Roma. The room was very big, clean, warm and had two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything inside. The girl at the reception was lovely and very helpful 😊

The walls could use a painting job. Towel changing should be part of room payment.

Super central (but super quiet) apartment in Torino

Super central but very quiet The bed was really comfy Everything was provided : toiletries, slippers, coffee, water Amazing for enjoying central Turin and good food/coffee There is a receptionist and they also speak English Definitely worth taking this apartment for a short stay to enjoy Torino! Will be back again

It was really difficult to use the key to open the apartment - you really have to push it hard to be able to spin it in a keyhole. The first time I thought I was stuck inside. The apartment and some furniture needs refurbishing

Very spacious and well-equipped apartment. Staff was very helpful and forthcoming in their outreach to ensure a smooth arrival. Staff had good pointers as to parking. Location was just excellent: several nice squares and bars close by and main sites in walking distance.

A great location close to the city Centre, attractive building and a spacious unit. Staff were welcoming and helpful, particularly Miriam. Aircon worked extremely well, as it was hot in late June in Turin.

Perhaps a few plain black tea bags and a small milk for coffee/tea. Would have liked a tea towel, maybe a broom etc as we were there for 4 nights and no housekeeping for that time. Overall though a great property.

Good for a city break

Wonderful location, very close to everything. We got an upgrade to a larger apartment with two well appointed bathrooms and a completely appointed kitchen. The reception ladies were all very nice.

Some electrical outlets did not work. A carpet would make the room much cozier.

Small, personable and friendly hotel well located to Turin historical city center

A lovely little personal hotel very conveniently located about 3 blocks from all the action. The location was quiet and our room overlooked a beautiful little courtyard. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and gave us some good suggestions for meals etc. We only had 2 nights here but really enjoyed the hotel - small, friendly and personable. We'll definitely stay here in the future.

Make sure they will have power before you spend the night there.

Nice spacious clean room

We arrived in our room at 10 pm having checked in previously. The room was completely dark as the power was completely off. There was no one available to call. The next morning I complained and the lady at the desk apologized but gave no reason. I asked to be compensated. She said that she (Francesca) will discuss it with management. I have not heard from anyone not even an apology.

Calm, stylish, fabulous location

A brilliant hotel - beautifully designed. We were upgraded to a larger room with the couch made up as the second queen sized bed. We both had bathrooms. The staff were very responsive. It felt very secure and calm. Around the corner from beautiful square with great bars and restaurants and lots of uni students but also very close to the centre. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Good position for Turin

Calmness of the location and spaciousness of the room.

Weird outlets in the room and we had difficulty plugging anything in to make it work. Also phone to reception never worked and was never fixed, even though we advised of this problem to staff. Lots of uneven walkways with stone that makes moving luggage difficult to the check in area.

Amazing Italian holiday in a fantastic property

We had a great stay here with plenty of space for the full family. The room was amazing, the view nice and the amenities were great. The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly and overall we felt at home at Oriana Homèl Torino and would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely come back.

We really liked everything! If we have to think of one thing, it would be to also install smoke alarms inside the rooms for extra safety in case of a fire. There are smoke alarms on the stairways/property.

Nice and quiet apartment; building, entry/stairwell looked well maintained. Good location close to great restaurants, sights, and shopping Good supply of nice towels. Bed was comfortable.

Amazing hotel in the center of Torino, staff extremely helpful, appartement huge, very clean, had everything anyone would need for a comfortable stay. Although the property does not offer parking, Stefania was very helpful before our arrival to explain everything we needed for the parking facility across the street. Illaria and Stefania were excellent!

Kind and helpful staff in the perfect location.

I can not recommend these Suites enough! The staff, the facilities and the location was absolutely perfect. Ideal for anyone who wants to be close to the center of the City but not close to all the noise that comes with it. It's honestly where I'll stay again when I go back to the city for business or pleasure.

More than happy

We were very happy to stay in Oriana Homèl Torino. The girl in reception was super kind and friendly. Apartments were new, clean and stylish. The location was just perfect. The building is very beautiful, with sculpture inside the yard. Everything is near and reachable by foot. In the kitchen you can find everything you need for the cooking, bottle of water, cafee machine, tea. And most important thing for 2 girls - 2 showers. I highly recommend the Oriana Homèl. 100 % you will stay happy.
