Comfortable, secure, clean and great location!

We loved Turin and enjoyed our stay at Ai Savoia. Very comfortable beds, good shower and the location was fantastic. We could literally walk out the door and find so many amazing food options (restaurants, cafes, aperitivo, coffee etc.) within minutes of walking. We walked everywhere and Turin has a lot to offer. The room was small but had everything we needed and very quiet considering we were in the heart of Turin.

We weren't that keen on the breakfast (cold fried eggs) but it was a good price for as much as you could eat, for simple but filling good. The cafe itself is very traditional and pretty to look at and the service was OK.

Excellent location with snoring neighbors

The guest house is in an excellent location with easy access to everything. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. I was arriving late , after check-in time and was sent excellent directions to self check in. I would stay here again

The room we were in though lovely had an extremely thin wall. The place is historic and it is obvious that they took one of the chamber rooms and divided it with a thin /hollow wall to create 2 bedrooms. The wall was so thin you could hear the couple next door doing everything and I mean everything, from chatting to rolling in bed..we stayed in the Bianca room and the one next to us was the Cristina.. just don't stay in either of those and you'll be fine

Comfortable Accommodation in Turin.

Appreciated that the room had a mini refrigerator. The location was quite good --out of the busy-ness of the tourist hotspots, but within easy walking distance of everything you might want to visit. There was lots of lovely cafes in the neighborhood and breakfasts at Ai Savoia were a bonus (well worth the small additional cost).

Great location in Torino

It was 15 minutes walking distance to all the main sights, numerous bars, cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk A block off the main shopping street. Walking distance to train station The air conditioner was very efficient. Temperatures were in the 90 degree range and it was refreshing to return to a pleasantly cooled room after a day of sightseeing

My room was just OK. The fan in the bathroom, that came on when light was turned was very dusty and somewhat moldy. . The mattress seemed as old as the building. Very uncomfortable as it was hallowed out in the middle. The floors were sticky. Breakfast was average, nothing exciting and the same thing every day. There were 2 coffee machines, but neither was working well, and sometimes not at all. It was explained to me that the apartments were in the Bed and Breakfast class, and not a hotel, and that was why breakfast did not start until 8:30. 8:30 is late if you were in Torino to sightsee. There was a sign about closing the door on the street to the upstairs rooms but people did not adhere to it. One night I found 3 people inside the building, who were not staying there, but ducked in to avoid the rain.

Beautifully preserved and very well cared for property. Generous and comfortable rooms, although the mattress was not great (dips / indentations). Breakfast looked substantial. Wonderful location in historic center.

The staff are so lovely and helpful- and everything was thoughtfully individual and beautifully laid out at breakfast. Thank you for a memorable stay- and my room overlooked the beautiful pedestrian main thoroughfare- wonderful!

It was in a lovely and historic location, in a nice apartment block. Well located to walk to the royal palace and other part of Turin.

Great value of money in the center

Great location, clean, friendly staff responsive to our requests

We only had a portable metal bed in our itherwise well equipped room with two layers of badly arranged low quality matrasses strapped onto it which were way too sloppy and unsteady. The cleaning lady entered our room before our check out time, I didn’t apprecaite that either

The room was surprisingly big. Very clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom. The location is goo, just 10 minutes from Piazza Castelllo by foot.

I discovered to my surprise that Italian electric sockets are not the same as in most other European countries. However, the house kindly lent me an adaptor.
