The location is good.cheap.

We stayed for 3 night and the blankets were not change, wall were so thin that you could heard everyone in the other rooms, very noisy and not appropiate for kids or family having in consideration our experience.

Old, nice hotel, expensive compared to what we got back (close to 250EUR per night)

Breakfast was ok. Friendly personell. Room is inside the building, it is not a room that you would stay for longer time period than needed

Good location, clean room, better options nearby to be honest

The staff were nice, the location was good and the beds were clean but that’s about it.

The air con didn’t work, the metro line also goes infront of the hotel and you can hear /feel the vibrations of the train in the room as the building is quite old. The walls were very thin and you could also hear the people next door very clearly. If you are a light sleeper I can absolutely not recommend this place. For the price and other hotel options in this location, it was quite lacking. The building needs a major upgrade.

Good location and good breakfast

We chose the hotel for its location, a five-minute walk from the Porta Nuova train station and not far from Via Roma (Turin's Fifth Avenue). The breakfast was included and a large buffet with good variety proved pleasing. The staff was oleadanand accommodating.

The room was small and sparsely furnished. It did not have a small refrigerator. Bathroom and shower were very small.

The Green Class Astoria is an excellent hotel in Turin.

Great location close to the Porta Nuova station and a short walk from the main piazzas of the city. The staff were lovely, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.

The bathroom was a little small but everything worked so this is not a real criticism.

Good location and friendly stuff

Hotel is located near by train station and centrum. We spent just one night there before early morning flight. Stuff is really friendly. We got room upgrade as well.

Hotel Astoria was an excellent, value for money hotel for our our stay in Turin.

Hotel Astoria is located within 3 minutes walk from Torino Porta Nuova station, which was excellent for our morning train departure, as well as for accessing public transport to all parts of the city. There are many eating and drinking options nearby, including gluten free. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, particularly after we had made a booking error! And the breakfast was very generous, included good gluten free options, all for a very reasonable price. The hotel generally, and the room have a charming, old-world style without being ostentatious. The seamless green efforts were much appreciated.

Hotel Astoria, good price performance ratio 👌

Nice hotel close to the central train station and in walking distance to the main sights of Torino. Hotel room was tiny, but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a decent variety of everything, except for good bread (only toast). All in all price-performance ratio was top!

I express my honest opinion.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to walk to many places. Nearby restaurants, and shopping areas, the breakfast I read in a previous review for me has a few options but if you just eat bread and coffee and juice, 8€ is a better deal. At the bar because it's more expensive Clean bedroom, nice bathroom. I've read reviews where many people said the bathroom was too small. For me it doesn't.. I came to visit, I just showered and slept. I like the bed because it is very comfortable.

The elevator is quite uncomfortable and very old. Every time you use the elevator, you must stand still. 😅 ..The bedroom does not have an electrical outlet at the head of the bed, but there is one at the foot of the bed. And I have to put the phone on the floor when I charge it (Room 513). ...three star hotel and the price is more than a hundred per night There is only a small bottle of water provided on the first day of your stay. For me it's terrible. ...The pillow is very old, inside is black and dirty. (I wanted to take a photo but that would be too damaging to the hotel.) But I think it should be improved. (maybe some rooms) **If compared to other three-star hotels or above I won't come back to stay here again!

Cozy, convenient and practical!

Amazing location, very convenient next to the Central Station and city center. Lovely old building with lots of beautiful features (the elevator is beautiful!). The staff is very friendly, the breakfast fresh and good. Even had vegan croissants! If you have soy in your diet you can just ask the batista, and they whip you a cappuccino in no time. I was allowed to store my luggage after checkout until it was time to go home. Thank you so much!

Not that they can do that much about it, but the bathroom was really crammed, for someone who is on the tall side, the shower was a struggle to get in too. (The entrance to the shower is very small) and the toilet was rather uncomfortable because of that as well.

Too Noisy

The location was both good and bad, it was good as it was only a quick 5 min flat walk to the train station. The breakfast was good with a lot of options, scrambled eggs, ham, salami, cheese, cereals, toast, fruit, pastries, juice, tea and coffee

My room was facing the street which is directly on a tram line that runs all night. Then from 7am the internal noise of the hotel slamming door and people talking loudly in the stairwell going to breakfast. One of the shutters to my windows was didn’t latch so let the street light and tram noise in. probably the worst nights sleep I had in months. Wifi was passable. Please replace the public toilet paper dispensers with real toilet paper, it’s insulting.

just an ok place. cheaply renovated in an outdated bldg but it was very clean.

wonderful breakfast a block away from train station

The full size bed was actually 2 twin mattresses put together kept separating leaving a space between the 2 mattresses. Shower was to small and cramped how to squeeze in it and I’m not a large person an shower floor slippery needs a Matt so u won’t slip and break your neck.

Very good hotel choice for me

My room was very calm. It was simple, but very clean. Great variety of food for breakfast. The staff are helpful, but most importantly, the hotel is close to everything. The train station, the main magnificent piazzas on via Roma, the hop on hop off, the Royal Palace, restaurants and cafes. I also walked to the impressive Egyptian Museum, the Museum of the Cinema; etc I would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to friends. Great value for money.
