Truly a 3* hotel with one bonus star for the excellent breakfast

Amazing breakfast, lots of good stuff for all tastes, no queues even at peak hours and super fast waiting staff. All employees at the hotel are extremely friendly and always help you with a smile

Although the room (212) was very clean, the carpet smelled of cat urine. I didn't ask for a room change as I did not really mind, but this is definitely not what I expect from a 4* hotel. Toiletries included only a shower cap and shoe polish. The worst surprise was maybe the charge I had to pay at check out for requesting a simple kettle in the room, something that is usually there in 4* hotels. The location was not ideal either if you want to visit the city centre on foot (30 minutes walking). All in all, better pay an extra for a 3* hotel in the heart of Turin and avoid various disappointments.

High quality for the price. There is an attitude of excellence in running the hotel.

Great host/owner (wife) in greeting you during your arrival and is very accommodating. Very clean hotel and room. Breakfast was over the top and so plentiful. Some of the best scrambled eggs I have had in Europe, with bacon and at least five different homemade breads, numerous breakfast pies/pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice, etc. Free wifi and parking out in front of hotel as well.

The amazing breakfast, amazing both in variety and quality. The excellent location, well connected to the public transport. Very clean and peaceful.

Took it for granted that they have spa facilities but there aren’t, but it s not the property s fault, it was my choice.

You don't have a complete things in the room, specially in the bathroom like cotton buds, disposal toothbrush (luckily we have it ) , conditioner, knitting kit and disposable slipper .

Breakfast was truly exceptional. Room was super clean. The staff was really friendly, answered all of our questions with passion, they also booked a taxi for us.

The only problems were the poor internet connection and the dry & expired toothpaste which couldn't be used.

Overnighter in Turin

The hotel was clean and the breakfast selection was huge. Our room had a great shower with decent pressure. A wide range of foods and beverages to keep everyone happy.

There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room (available at extra charge). Something that is usually standard in other European hotels. There wasn't even a complimentary bottle of water. WiFi in the room was week and sporadic. The hotel was very bland and characterless. Its decor straight from the 90s and in need of a refurb. Soundproofing could be improved.. No international channels on the TV.
