Very good stay, and very convenient hotel area and would stay again if I visit Turin.

Breakfast was really super, with all kinds and diversity of items and drinks. everything was available and in great quality

The only thing was a little annoying was the bed pillows which are very soft and had some trouble sleeping. Hard pillows are more preferable to me.

Great spot in Torino.

Fantastic location for exploring Torino without being in the busiest area. Large and clean room with everything we needed.

Air con was automatically on making the room quite hot sometimes.

We didn’t get the XL room we booked

Good location. Storage for our bicycles in a spare conference room.

We booked a Premium XL room, but the room they initially gave us was small with a sloping ceiling and only a tiny window up high. We asked to move but were told that nothing was available except a paid upgrade to a suite which would not be available for several hours. We agreed to this but shortly after were told that the suite would also not be available but there was a room with a full length window we could have. We inspected it and agreed, but it was not the XL room we booked and paid for.

A good stay in Torino

Hotel looks amazing inside and out. Room was clean and location was central, close to good restaurant's and cafés

The building and park opposite this hotel has a lot of homeless that make the area feel unsafe. It's not that I have an issue with homeless in general but there are homeless that have obvious mental issues that need assistance and care. When we arrived our room wasn't ready until 15:30, which usually is fine but we were up since 1:30am and it had been a long day/journey. Lady at reception just looked to say it wasn't ready but didn't elaborate an ETA or offer any form of communication to follow up - so we had to keep approaching to find out when our room was ready. It was 34 degrees outside and I felt the A/C didn't work well in the hotel room - its limited to 21 degrees but I don't think it was correct as it got warm very quickly.

Wonderful customer service and great location!

Great location. Beautifully designed hotel. The staff were amazing! I bought the stay for my mum and dad and they came back boasting about how amazing the staff had been. The staff left my parents a thoughtful hand written note to welcome them and some delicious chocolates. Thank you so much for looking after my parents so well.

Perfectly situated close to Torino‘s gourmet circle, Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety and staff especially Aron at the reception is very welcome and professional.

Perfect base for exploring the city

Excellent location right in the center of the city, safe, walking distance to all sights, nice little square with a lot of restaurants just around the corner. Interesting lobby and great view from the roof terrace. The room was clean and practical. Excellent value for money. The public underground parking is literally in the same building. The parking costs around Eur 30 for 24 hrs, still a good deal given a reasonable room price.

The historical charm of the oak living room, old school recreation

The hotel is located in a historic building with an incredibly pleasant soft atmosphere of old wood. The rooms are comfortable in muted soothing tones. The hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions of the city.

My request for a quiet room was ignored. I was given a room, the windows of which overlook the restaurant, so until one o'clock in the morning there was music and plates clinking, and at 7 a.m. the noise from breakfast and children's screams began. The hotel's parking is expensive and very small, so don't count on places. Cheaper, but very expensive, there is a city parking nearby

This hotel is great. There were several historical places and buildings around it. The hotel staffs were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with som many options.

Very comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Spacious room, nice decor. Loved to find a bottle of water and coffee capsules for the morning. Location is perfect to walk around town and lots of restaurants and interest point nearby. We also had a nice dinner at the restaurant of the hotel. Arrosto and agnolotti were really good. Torta Gianduia also delicious. A plus: we found parking on site.

The extra bed was a bit cranky. Luckily once our son falls asleep it doesn't move till morning.

Fabulous two night stay

Great location, the hotel is lovely and great value for money. The restaurant was first class and very reasonably priced. The room was quite spacious, had a fridge and the bathroom was a good size. We were also able to park our car on site and the cost from memory was 15 euro. Also had a lovely little bar

The continental breakfast choices were good but the hot food didn’t look appetising so I didn’t try it. If they provided boiling water for tea I would have given them excellent but here they failed I’m afraid. It’s not that hard to provide boiling water

See above regarding the tea and hot water. Also, in the room they never replenished the tea bags and in 3 days that’s pretty poor.

very disappointed with our stay. they should orient their staff better

For an NH Collection, you would think that the staff would be helpful. The staff, especially the lady in the reception named Ivana was extra rude. We had a party of 11 people and got 6 rooms. Every single one of us who asked for help didn’t get help that we needed from her. They made us pay the fee to get inside the city for our cars which they should have covered. They told us that our cars could park outside the city (if we didnt want to pay) and we can walk there but how could we, we had 5 senior citizens with us and all our luggages. The refrigerator in our room wasn’t working. The AC was shut off at night without notice.

4th time I stay in this hotel and have paid the highest rate ever for the tinyest room I have ever seen in a 4 star. Really dissapointing and looking now for other options next time.

The hotel is in a classic building but is decorated in a very "modern" way. We would prefer it was decorated in a more traditional way too so that we could immerse ourselves in history. Also, the ramp with steps to climb the tower is not comfortable to walk.

Great stay in Torino

Location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing and wandering around - we found places to eat nearby and the hotel staff at check in were very friendly and informative. The room was a good size.

The room was too hot and we couldn't seem to cool it down. when we commented on this apparently if we had asked at reception they might have been able to do something....
