Great apartment stay. Would highly recommend!

Really great place! Spacious, excellent location, clean, nice bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. Very good value. Probably the best place we stayed in Italy.

Only issue is it was hard to find since there's no sign outside. If you don't have cell service it can be hard to arrange checking in.

Comfortable stay in good location.

Nicely decorated. Comfortable, with separate breakfast & living areas.

The air-conditioning struggled to cope with the extreme heat. Breakfast selection couldn't compete with fresh alternatives in local cafes.

Exceptional

Andrea is the best host that we ever had!😊 We had a late checkin, and it was not a problem for Andrea to meet us. He organised a breakfast for us and gave useful recommendations of favourite places of local Italians. We had last day at Sacra di San Michele and Andrea allowed us to left our bags at the apartment till our departure to the airport. A lot of special thanks for that🤗😊 Comfortable place of living, apartment with its own history, a lot of everything inside will allow you to get in the Italian atmosphere. There was a lot of cookies to have morning, or midnight snack with tea or coffee. Good location, a lot of attractions nearby.

Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig, alles ist supersauber und die Lage perfekt. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Kontakt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, jeden Tag gab es neue Leckereien. Wir können das Ettore Manni nur empfehlen und werden wiederkommen.

Accogliente e pulita

Struttura centralissima, a piedi ti muovi comodamente, puoi visitare i punti di interesse e cenare senza aver bisogno dell auto. Personale gentile ed accogliente. La casa é pulita e la signora delle pulizie molto simpatica, ha pulito la camera tutti i giorni. Il proprietario é accogliente ed oltre alla colazione al bar sotto casa ci ha lasciato merendine, succhi e biscotti per piacevoli spuntini durante la giornata.

Wohlfühl-Oase

Sehr geschmackvolles, gepflegtes und sauberes Appartement. Netter Gastgeber. Bei der Ankunft war der Kühlschrank voller Getränke und Frühstücksnacks. Tolle Lage: Fussgängerzone und viele Restaurants um die Ecke - trotzdem recht ruhig.

An heissen oder sehr kalten Tagen könnte der AC bzw. Heater, der lediglich zwischen den Zimmern steht, überfordert sein.
