Not good value for money, shower was inside the room, no reception

Not a good location, disorganised, no reception, booking makes it seem like a hotel but it's basically an airbnb Shower inside the room We were looking for an authentic hotel but it was not worth what we paid. They even took us out of the room that was given and took us to another building.....

Great facilities in a historical building with easy access to major sights by tram

Location was good in a quiet area close to several tram lines, which allow you to reach the majority of the interesting places to visit. The facilities was great with a nice breakfast. There was parking at the premises. The host was friendly and helpful.

Host could not communicate well in English or German.

We had a lovely stay for our one night in Turin, our room was stunning, and would certainly come back to stay at La Luna

Beautiful building and room, quiet and central location, friendly staff. Davina was very warm and welcoming, and despite our language barrier, helped us with everything we needed.

Some extra written instructions ahead of time about checkin/checkout procedures may have been helpful to translate, as we were unable to communicate with the language barrier upon arrival.

Very pleasant.

Everything was lovely, very friendly, service was excellent. The breakfast was beautiful, very well presented. 15-20 min walk into the centre. If you check out the bus system you can get around very easily for nothing.

The floorboards were very squeaky but it’s an old building so acceptable but can disturb the sleep of another.

Really felt like one is in Turin - authentic place to stay.

Really felt like staying in Turin. Lovely building with a great historic lift. Comfortable room and very pleasant breakfast room. Breakfast was perfectly Italian including cakes to start the day. Great location near the centre. We easily walked from one railway station on arrival and to the other station on departure.

I enjoyed my stay in Torino my accommodation suited me well, it was only 1 minute walk to my school.

A nice and clean place with friendly staff.

I really liked my experience in this accommodation. Everyone was polite, the breakfast was very very tasty, with good coffee! It was very clean, as they say in the advertisement. I will definitely recommend it! Plus Torino is very beautiful!

I really enjoyed my stay at La Luna e i Falò! The place is exceptional, cosy and it was obvious that the people in charge of this In do their job with love and care! The staff was very polite and helpful, they provided me with all the possible information I might need about Torino. The room was beautiful, very comfortable mattress, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was rich and delicious! I will definitely come back to stay at Luna e i Falò again! I sincerely recommend this fine establishment!

Fantastic stay in historic apartment.

It was excellent. Huge bedroom and bathroom - with whirlpool. Very comfy bed. The apartment is in a fantastic location. Many thanks to our wonderful host.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee in the room but bottled water and chocolates were supplied!

Lovely neighbourhood with nice restaurants

A place with lots of charm, a bit away from the centre in a good neighourhood. Quiet at night. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, and for dinner we never went into the city centre. City centre a pleasant walk away, but also the other neighourhoods in turin are worth exploring. We were upgraded to a room with en-suite shower, which was pleasant.

The first morning we had no clue how to operate the very fancy shower cabin... but apparently all the buttons were more of a distraction as the operation was quite simple

Amazing

The bed & breakfast was beautiful and we loved that we had our own balcony and airconditioning in our room. We were able to get a vegan breakfast (including vegan croissants!) even though we booked very last-minute. Everything was delicious. The location was also good, walking distance from the centre. We were able to park our car safely inside of the building for just 10 euros per night.

Our bathroom had to be accessed from outside of our room, but this was not a problem because we received bathrobes with the room.

amazing stay, great location near the city center

first of all the building: it is where Cesare Pavese grew up, therefore full of history. The room was was very spacious, with all the main facilities required. Bathrobes were provided as well. we managed to park inside. there were a lot of options for breakfast and everything was really delicious

Superb

Huge apartment, comfortable, lots of light, balcony and view of the mountains when the weather is clear. The breakfast was good as well.

There was no a/c in the bedroom, only the living room, even though i filtered for a/c on booking. I was lucky that it was reasonably cool outside and very cloudy, so i could get some fresh air into the room, but it would have been a real problem on a hot day. The wifi only worked very close to the entrance, not in the bedroom, or even in the middle of the living room.

I did not like that breakfast was in another apartment location, however the breakfast made up for any confusion.

Struttura molto particolare, antica, sembrava di stare in un' altra epoca. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Posizione ottima come anche la zona tranquilla. La colazione perfetta.

Romantica atmosfera in un palazzo storico.

Appartamento bellissimo e molto pulito. Camera molto spaziosa con letto comodo. I mobili d'epoca sono molto suggestivi ma un tantino poco pratici. L'arredamento comunque ha un fascino incredibile. Colazione ottima e l'apparecchiatura eccezionale e molto ricercata. Molto utile la possibilità di parcheggio.

Il bagno esterno era a servizio esclusivo della camera, ma non era chiuso anche dall'esterno. Sarebbe utile aggiungere campioncini o dispenser di prodotti per la doccia e l'igiene intima. Era presente solo un dispenser per il sapone liquido mani.

Heerlijke plek met een host die je het echt naar je zin wilt maken.

De locatie, authentieke sfeer, heerlijke bedden en gastvrijheid. Heerlijke ontbijt en de host deed veel moeite om het ons naar ons zin te maken.
