Satisfactory - we have stayed several times before at this hotel, and so we returned to it.

Good location, and good breakfasts; Very helpful staff, comfortable room.

Would have preferred a quieter room - we were at the front on the first floor, particularly noticing the trams in early morning. We did request a quiet room - at the back, or higher up, would have been preferable.

Older property with friendly staff but inferior climate control.

Excellent location and very friendly staff.

Temperature wise the hotel was not comfortable. It was one of the hottest weeks in Italy and the AC doesn't seem able to keep up with the demand. Even with the air on full the room felt stuffy and I found myself wishing I had a fan or other option to cool down the room. Also, the hotel does not have any type of gym which would have been nice for long work trip.

Good breakfast, clean hotel. The staff was very friendly. For 1 night stay was ok

Little bit old interior. Need updated. The walls are not soundproofing, so you can hear everything, next door. One sheet to cover yourself in the night, which was not pleasant . A blanket must be in every hotel, so this one doesn’t have something like this. Faraway from city center.

Good

Breakfast was goid but could offer some more types of bread instead of cookies/pastries! Or just both. :) The staff were very kind and the room felt clean.

The toilet seat kept sliding off to the side, which was a bit annoying, especially as a woman. A more secure wifi network with password provided in the room would be preferable.

Good hotel

The hotel isn't close to the city center but it is possible to go on foot, including most of the time I walked. If you don't want to walk, you can take a tram. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff are helpful and attentive.

The hotel undersells itself. It's far more beautiful and closer to everything you'll need to see and do in Turin than advertised! The staff was helpful and approachable, and the room was far nicer than advertised! Really pleased!

This hotel is in the business district so if you arrive late there isn't much open. We were lucky enough to find a brilliant pasta restaurant very nearby. The parking is paid but the system works well. The staff were really excellent.

The decor is a real mix of a great many styles. Stripes, flowers, metallics - it makes for quite a busy interior. The room was incredibly hot - and we visited in December. We couldn't turn the heating down.
