Bagno angusto Ho lasciato il bagaglio in stanza in anticipo ma al mio rientro in stanza la porta non era chiusa a chiave per cui il bagaglio era incustodito Nella presentazione c’e’ scritto aria condizionata che sembra inclusa nel prezzo ma e’ a pagamento

I loved the theme of the rooms, the snacks provided, the care and attention by Claudia the staff. Also, the bed is great! Very comfortable.

It was a quirky Liberty Style mini apartment, huge bed, air conditioned ( more later) 15 mins walk from centre, friendly lady who checked us in. Huge shower for two with complicated controls. It had a good sized fridge with water and other soft drinks, Claudia the check in lady even got us a couple of beers.

Unfortunately the host manager was extremely rude, unprofessional and aggressive in communicating with me when I asked why air conditioning was extra when it was advertised as an air conditioned room. He said I was only one to make a “fuss” , suggested I should be grateful for such a “low” rate for a weekend and said if I didn’t like it he would have refunded me and I could go elsewhere. I have stayed in many apartments and hotels and have never experienced such unpleasant rudeness. I have kept his WhatsApp messages in case he denies it. I also enquired about a corkscrew and was told I should have mentioned it when checking in.
