Spacious rooms for a family of 4. Good location for Porta Nuova Station. Friendly and helpful staff

We booked the property as it had a roof terrace and small pool. Unfortunately this was closed indefinitely but we only found out when we asked to use the facility and not at booking. We had booked this hotel as it had a pool and terrace.

Greetings from the staff , very friendly and switch on. Quiet rooms considering it’s a busy area. Hotel atmosphere was relaxing .

There was a snell of plastic throughout the main entrance , not sure what it was . Perhaps scented diffusers would be nice . Otherwise nothing else to suggest

A short holiday

Everything was absolutely excellent, but a very special mention for the breakfast which was comprehensive and the best value of a breakfast anywhere! The choice put many, many hotel breakfasts to shame. There were hot dishes, cereals, a cold buffet, an amazing selection of patisseries, plus very good coffee and other beverages. The hotel also recommended some good, nearby restaurants as we didn't want to go back into the centre and towards tourist orientated restaurants. We definitely approved of their choices! Altogether a vtop of our list.ery happy experience, and if ever we return to Turin, this hotel will be the top of our list. A big thank you to the staff also!

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff (the best part of our stay ) was very friendly, very helpful, and very accommodating.

Room was hot and we could not change the heater to AC because it was winter. We could hear people in the hall and we could hear noise from the street while we were sleeping.

Great rooftop, comfy stay

Excellent stay in this Torino hotel. Big advantage of the hotel is that it has a rooftop with loungers, a small plunge pool, bar, and a view of the railway and the mountains. Great to relax in the afternoon after a stroll through town. Also excellent breakfast at an affordable rate (eur 8 pp if you book at the hotel, not Booking! a day in advance). Also we were able to reserve a parking spot in the private garage (eur 20 per night). Rooms are equiped with coffee and tea maker and mini fridge. Great airconditioning.

The hotel building is nothing special from the outside and is situated a 10 min walk from the centre. Although we actually enjoyed the restaurants in the authentic neighbourhood we were in (San Salvario). Rooms are small (but have everything you need). Elevators are also small and a bit bumpy: is not a luxory hotel. There are vending machines available but they only accept coins, not wireless. Not a reason not to stay here of course but some areas for improvement ;-)

Okay for business, but I wouldn't bother for anything else

Staff were accommodating and attentive, finding a fan for us when the air conditioning didn't work, very friendly and great at their jobs.

Air Conditioning didn't work, facilities that were advertised that we had paid for were closed or had additional fees and room wasn't a presidential suite as advertised.

rooms were spacious, excellent facilities including good hairdryer and a small kitchen for making hot drinks, fridge etc. Very comfortable bed and extremely quiet for a city centre location. Gorgeous sun terrace with a bar and small hot tub style pool. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, especially when our flights home were cancelled. Thanks particularly to Edoardo and Davide on reception.

Good place to stay

It was clean, comfortable and stuff was very friendly. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good, especially if you have sweet tooth in the morning.

There was a strange knocking sound in the room, even in the middle of the nights that woke me up every single night. Also, soundproofing was not so good. I was missing natural yoghurt (no added sugar) in the morning.

A very pleasant staying in Torino.

Walking distance from the Train station (some 15 minutes), this hotel is a good starting point to tour the city. The structure is relatively new. The room was spacious, clean, pleasant, with a large comfortable bed. Staff was polite. WiFi worked well. I did not try the breakfast.

The room was facing the main street. Sound proof of the windows was not optimal, it could be improved. Nevertheless noise was tolerable.
