We had a very cozy weekend trip in a relaxing hotel

It was very modern and there were so many nice facilities.the rooftop was the highlight of the hotel. Also some very friendly staff and a great location close to the metro

Interesting use space of space (student dorm & hotel) a tram away from the city center.

Room was big but it looked a bit worn out, could use some retouch on paint. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was huge! Floors 1-4 are for students. Excellent restaurant just across the street.

They forgot to clean my room one day.

“I love chaos” if it was a hotel

It’s decently new, with nice design, comfy rooms. Elevators are sketchy and rusty (by design?) but they worked like a charm. Laundromats are always appreciated over any other type of laundry services. Location is very good.

Student hotel through and through. Staff not trained to be helpful nor nice to you (can’t blame them - they have to deal with hundreds of youngsters daily). Fire alarm blasted mid night, everyone - terrified - gathered on the ground floor, and the staff offered no answers. It was confusing. Breakfast was not impressive, selection could have been better. The room had a window leading to a balcony (yes, window, not a door). While the neighbors had a proper door leading to the same balcony. We were lucky the neighbors didn’t hang out there - otherwise it could have been pretty loud.

The spacious rooms, cleanliness and very attentive and friendly staff. there are many free services that are also pleasant. access to several nearby restaurants is appreciable. apart from the coffee, the breakfast was not bad

the breakfast coffee was a bit too light. the meeting room in the basement is not very pleasant. Not having a table in this room is not practical

Skip this hotel, basic things like AC and Wifi aren't working properly

People working at the reception were very nice.

Cleaning ladies entering the room every day even though we had the sign on every morning. Internet wasn't working and AC was very weak. Then they came to "fix" it and it started blowing on the bed.

This is a student dormitory/hostel – NOT a hotel.

The location was pretty good. The staff was pretty friendly. The rooftop had a nice view.

Booking.com's site does not make it clear that this is NOT a hotel but a student dormitory. Only university students on all floors and then one floor of "hotel" rooms. The pictures are outdated – it is way less fresh and clean looking, it's pretty dingy and drab. The AC is super weak, we had to ask for a fan as we were melting in the 37 degree heat. Everything feels worn and dirty – to get to the gym you have to walk through the students' study rooms, which is very awkward. We felt totally out of place and would not recommend staying here. What made it worse was that the students kept walking through the gym to smoke and left the doors to the alley open, so we were inhaling smoke while trying to exercise. Truly terrible. Would not stay here again. Oh and the entire building is under construction.

Good location, friendly staff, good general condition.

- The air conditioning was making a lot of noise but not cooling at all (room 523). I had to turn it off and open a window to have some air in the night. In the morning, lots of noise was done by workers renovating the building, they were walking in front of the windows all the time, I had to keep the curtains fully closed until the check-out. - The free drink ticket given at the reception was valid only for drinks containing sugar and no alcohol. I gave it away at the bar. - The breakfast was mediocre - poor choice and not always acceptable quality. - The shower has no door, in 3 minutes the floor in the bathroom is totally wet

Great energy here

It's a great place with a young soul :) There are a couple of floors of student dorms and then you have the hotel floors on top. I was a bit apprehensive that it might get noisy, but that's far from reality – your rooms are above the student floors, so there's no late-night going up or down stairs and corridors to wake you up. The rooms were comfortable and super clean, and you have the opportunity to lounge on the rooftop area, too!

I wouldn't really go for the breakfast – there are awesome small bakeries nearby that have awesome treats to try!

The room was very modern, and was very similar to the Moxy hotel chain.

The bartender served beer in tall glasses, and didn't look like he enjoyed his work.

The location is very good, the rooms are spacious, nice and clean. The rooftop has not a bar service, but it is a real nice place to relax if the weather is good.

Great stay!

Very kind staff, clean and well maintained hotel, especially for this price. Although it is a student home with a hotel combined, there is a really nice and quiet atmosphere. Nice breakfast.

- The shower sometimes got a bit colder during "popular hours". - I was not able to close the curtains 100%. - Not their fault, but the walk from the train station felt a bit unsafe in the evening with lots of homeless people, unfortunately.

Vibrant but quiet and relaxing at the same time.

Comfortable beds, very clean, roof terrace on the floor of my room, outdoor courtyard and working space, proper Twinning Early Grey tea available in the room. Space to sit and hang clothes. Great cappuccino for breakfast.

They could replace tea and coffee supplies while staying there.

Very clean and tidy. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was amazing, close to restaurants, to the park and around 20 minutes away (walking) to the Egyptian and Cinema Museum.

Superb

I did like almost everything. Nice staff, new facilities, confortable room, small balcony, very nice breakfast, a lot of place to work and chill around and I was impressed by the gym: very good! In addition to that, they invite me to have a drink for free at the reception when I checked in: top!

The only thing I was not very happy with was that a table was missing in the room. But it is true that downstairs there were a lot of different spots to work

The design of the hotel was chic and we enjoyed the view from the terrace on the top floor. The facilities are new and the bed was comfortable. There r some nice cuisines in the neighbourhood and the general atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. They got us a welcoming drink too^^

There r a few steps of stairs at the entrance which is not quite friendly to travellers with large luggage. There r too many doors in the hotel and u can easily get lost
