Disgusting!

Only positive was closeness to Turin ATP arena.

It is the worst hotel ever - dirty, broken and cold. Staff made zero efforts to repair the heating system and the room was unbearebly cold. Dirt and broken stuff everywhere, does the hotel even has a cleaner or handyman?!

Bit tired hotel

Location was relatively good, was ok for walking to the centre. Coffee was made specially by order at breakfast. There were extra pillows and blankets in the room.

The elevator was very shaky, breakfast was ok, but nothing special, mostly sandwiches, scrambled eggs and bacon. The outside area looked like it was no operational, the bar was closed, I couldn't get any cutlery in my room in the evening. The room didn't look too clean.

Attention before you book! Cleaner threw away important personal things from my room. This is grevious. This ruined my holiday. This is apart from many other negative things that this hotel has if you want to call it hotel. This is a 4 star hotel. Who gave it 4 star I think was drunk. Disgrace!

Great staff but rooms are not up to par for a 4 star hotel.

The location is very close to Porta Nuova station. The staff were extremely friendly and professional.

Half of the floor didn’t have any carpet it was just straight up concrete. The ceiling lamps cable was literally hanging below the ceiling by solid 1-2 meters. A few of the walls had major visible cracks. The furniture was all scratched up really badly (especially the table in my room). There was an LED light strip behind the bed (above the mirror) it was flashing non stop. If someone with epilepsy would’ve walked in that would’ve been a big problem. The bathroom did seem like it was newly renovated so I hope they’re just slowly renovating all the rooms/facilities.

OK for 1 night

On the evening when we arrived, there was a very friendly lady at the reception. She recommended us good restaurants.

The bathroom was cold. Maybe the renovated rooms reach 4 stars, but the old ones, in which we would have stayed, definitely not. But for 1 sleep over it was fine.

The room was basic and clean. Bathroom was clean, good shower and complimentary products. Room was serviced each day and fresh towels provided Breakfast was continental with bacon and scrambled eggs as hot options Staff very attentive at breakfast Bed was very comfortable Good location for trams to main centre

lovely downstairs area; good breakfast and lovely waiter at breakfast.

sadly rooms were scruffy, dusty, not clean and tired. water was barely warm. beds hard, no mattress covers and one tiny pillow. upstairs needs to be as good as downstairs areas. certainly not a 4 star standard.

This is the worst imaginable place to stay, the art is what you see on the pictures, the reality has nothing to do with the pictures and is total hell: 1. the rooms are oddly ugly, old, the furniture is distorted, broken, dirty, the surfaces are sticky and disgusting 2. The shower has black fungus growing in it, the water doesn’t go when the shower runs. No soap. 3. There’s no air conditioner although it’s mentioned in the room description. There’s no proper air ventilation and the room gets stuffy if the window is closed. 4. The bed is very uncomfortable to sleep, the linen and towels are the cheapest possible. 5. As you can imagine it hurts visually and sensually to stay here, but the cherry on top of this hotel is the terrace restaurant which some of the hotel rooms are facing. I was the “lucky” one to have such room. The restaurant has loud parties with drunk audience till midnight. The windows don’t help at all and you have to put up with the terrible noise, you basically have the party in your room. This hotel also seems popular for one night stands so expect drunken girls crying in ecstasy after the party. Staying in this hotel was the worst experience ever. It doesn’t cost the money paid, it ruined my stay in Turin and created overall unpleasant impression about the city. Wish I never visited this hotel and highly recommend everyone to stay away from it.

As a frequent traveller I highly recommend this hotel.

This is one of my favourite hotels ;-) The welcoming and very friendly and helpful staff is one of the reasons. I have stayed at the hotel before and was greeted with "welcome back" which made me feel very welcomed. Also excellent location: only 20 min walk from the centre but in a quiet area of Torino. Fab facilities all in walking distance: a small shop for water/juice is only 5 min away and a huge supermarket is withing 10 min walking distance. Lots of restaurants near by too. The icing on the cake: a lovely garden in the yard of the hotel and amazing decorated bedrooms reflecting the name of the hotel. All PERFECT ;-)
