Great value stay in Torino with friendly staff makes it pleasant and above typical value stay.

Great location. Super friendly staff. Shutters keep the room super dark at night. Tranquil location with no street noise at night. Pleasantly surprised given the reasonable price.

Bed was a bit firm but that’s personal choice. Vent fan in bathroom kept kicked on and off automatically but only while in bathroom. So no biggie. That’s being super picky too. Not much to not like.

Like at home in the centre of Turin

It is a family hotel, in the old-fashioned style, well run by family members and their staff who are always ready to help. The rooms are on the top floors of an old building, giving the feeling of staying in one's own apartment instead of being in a hotel. Very quiet, but central. Good breakfast. Parking can be either in the street on reserved spaces or in the courtyard. The first option is cheaper than public parking. There is no restaurant, but the hotel is ten minutes' walk from the via Roma.

I enjoyed the old historic center and found it easy to walk around with the map.

Peaceful hotel in a perfect location.

The location was perfect. Only a couple of minutes walk and you are right in the centre of Turin. The hotel building is beautiful with loads of character. It’s also in a quiet area of the city despite being so close to the centre.

I wish there had been tea & coffee making facilities in the room, (but I had failed to check this when booking). Otherwise I couldn’t fault it.

A no frill hotel.

The position is very good (close to Turin downtown) but quiet. The room was very clean.

Lack of atmosphere. The room was very small and the furnishing old. Opening the old shutters to let light in the room was difficult.

Wouldn't stay here again

It is a short walk to the city centre. I was told I couldn't cancel the 2nd & 3rd nights booked through booking.com. I was not happy with the room as it was very run down.

The facilities are old, and the rooms are run-down. Beds are OK. Staff disorganised at breakfast, so the service is bad. Breakfast portions small.

Old building with reformed rooms. In general quite happy with my time there. Very comfortable beds. You can go walking everywhere. Very quiet area. The woman in the reception was really nice and kind.

Superb

Central location, 10 mins walk from train station and many attractions. Good sized room, easy accommodated 2 adults and 3 young teenagers with room to spare. Friendly staff, interesting building, bathroom and room with a balconies. Room very clean, liked the maps in corridors.

Breakfast a little limited, by Irish standards anyway, we are normally used to buffet style. Pillows a little hard. Would like to have a kettle in the room.
