Great location and all you need for a short stay

Great location, just a short walk to the central square. Flat was quiet, room was spacious, beds were comfy and the shower was fabulous.

Best place to stay

Everything was perfect, hotel is in the middle of the central.. All church, museum and square are so close, it just takes 15 minutes by walking.. Lella is so kindly women, everything was so clean..

Exceptional

The place is very sweet and quiet. The owner - Lella is such a sweet lady. When I booked the room she immediately contacted me and made the check-in so easy. The room was cozy- with vintage furnitures. The bathroom was clean and big. What is most important for me - the place is quiet so you can relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing in Bologna. Near to the building there are a few bus stations so you can easily go to the city center or the train station

Great B&B, in the city center

Excellent location - quiet street, 10 minutes walk from the Piazza Maggiore. Charming host. Well equipped bathroom. Italian breakfast, lot of prepacked products (suggestion: for tourists from CE Europe, non-sweet products like cheese, salami would be appreciated).

Would definitely come back here

The location was perfect. It was easy to find and the instructions to get into the building were very clear. The room was very clean and spacious. Wifi worked most of the times, every now and then the connection wasn't super stable. We had a lovely time here and would definitely recommend this place!

The only thing we liked a little less was breakfast. Everything was plastic wrapped from the supermarket and after we tried something and therefore the item was opened, the next day we found it back in our breakfast basket. As a tip I would maybe advice to put a small fridge in every room and store fresh items there, such as a fresh juice, fresh milk, etc. And maybe purchase some fresh bread the day before people arrive. However though, this place still gets an 10+ because everything else was so amazing.

Bologna-nahe Porta Saragossa

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit seperaten, verschließbaren Zimmern, inkl. Bad und kleinem Balkon. In der Küche findet sich alles, was man braucht. Alles verlief völlig reibungslos, auch bei Rückfragen wurde sofort reagiert. 12 min zu Fuß bis zur Pizza Maggiore, ca. 30min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof

Preis-Leistung ok, relativ günstig für Bologna, aber dann doch zu laut und etwas chaotisch

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Deko mit den vielen Rosen und Lavendel (Tapete, Decke etc.) stilvoll und charmant.

Sehr laut und hellhörig - erheblicher Verkehrslärm auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern; Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft lief nicht sehr gut, alles war etwas zu chaotisch, etwas stressig und unpersönlich - persönlich angetroffen hat man z.B. auch niemanden von der Unterkunft (etwas komplizierter self-check-in mit Codes und Schlüsselbox)

Soggiorno piacevole

Soggiorno molto piacevole. I padroni di casa sono molto cortesi, la camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort di base. La colazione basilare ma comunque gradevole. La posizione è centrale e strategica, a pochi minuti dal centro storico e a un quarto d'ora circa dalla stazione centrale.

La nostra camera affacciava sulla strada principale che era un po' rumorosa, per noi non è stato un grosso problema ma magari chi ha il sonno molto leggero potrebbe avere qualche difficoltà.

Forse sarebbe utile fare una convenzione con il parcheggio di fronte alla casa, ho avuto non poche difficoltà per trovare un posto all'auto.

Un soggiorno perfetto a Bologna

Ho soggiornato presso A Casa Fachin durante un weekend a Bologna e l’esperienza è stata eccellente. La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole essere vicino al centro, ma allo stesso tempo godere di una zona tranquilla e ben servita, con ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni. La struttura è accogliente, curata nei dettagli e pulitissima. Tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno breve sono presenti e ben organizzati. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort e praticità!
