Lovely place and highly recommend it

Fabulous location

Fantastic location with easy check in instructions sent via WhatsApp. The room was lovely and spacious. It was only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bologna, so a perfect base for exploring.

There are no blinds on the windows so there was too much light too sleep in the morning. We could not close all of the shutters outside the windows, so had to cope with it being light.

Our stay in the deluxe apertment for four people was pleasant. Everything was spotless, with a beautiful view. Checking in was quick and hassle-free.

Room was of decent size for 2 adults and 2 kids . The bedroom room and bathroom were very clean. Location was close to town centre which was very convenient.

Excellent place to stay

Excellent room spotlessly clean, great feeling of space. Having a proper wardrobe was a fab bonus. Excellent location. Staff responded quickly to any messages sent. Would highly recommend Zanzibar coffee shop close by is a must as is La Taverna Dei Peccati

Good place position from city center. Clean. Easy to find. Planty of space inisde the room.

Pillows were a bit hard, but its a matter of taste I guess. There is a small light bulb under the bathroom door which cannot be switched off. It light all night :)

Elegant b&b close to town square

Stylish and very clean with a good location near Neptune's fountain and a nice breakfast provided in a cafe nearby. There was a selection of tea and coffee in the room so a nice welcome too. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was great, maybe one minus is that checkout was quite early at 10am.

Nice comfortable room. Everything clean and fine. With the check in we received a map of the city. Friendly service. Checkout and in uncomplicated The apartment is in the 3d floor in a big old building , the bell was not easy to find for us baut communication via WhatsApp was unproblematic

There is only a very antique lift in there which might be a problem for some people. A big point which made us give this medium evaluation was the breakfast. “Breakfast included”means that you get voucher of 5€ per day per person with the booking price. For this voucher you can have a breakfast in a little bakery in the south of the hotel (150m) there is no breakfast directly in the B&B !!! The price difference for ”included breakfast” is exactly the value of the voucher.. so you can save the money and stay free to choose your breakfast spot. Nevertheless the cooperating bakery was really good, crowded with Italiens and offered a large variety of things and had very good coffee.. but I think it should be mentioned more clearly at the hotels description.

Disappointed!

Quiet area, good restaurants around, bathroom was clean!

Room was nothing as expected or like the pictures! Our was a corredor modified to put a bed there! It has a bed and a bathroom and a closet! But it was not what we expected.

Passable

Location is great, the room and the apartment itself are well designed. Room is quite big and very easy to access, I like the self checking, gave us freedom, since we were travelling by car with two kids.

The AC didn't work, and we could barely sleep during the night. There are not blackout curtains and the shutter outdoor the windows are not enough to filter the morning light, so beside not sleeping for the heat we were waking up early morning. There were construction in the building and start hammering around around 8 am

Excellent place for stay in Bologna

Super location in the old town, 7 min walk from the main square. Comfortable conditions, clean. Everything you need for a few days stay. Plenty of opportunities in the area to have a delicious Italian breakfast , drink good coffee...you can even go out in your slippers. Paid parking on the street, or cheap parking about 400 m by the carabinieri unit. Very easy to get to. Excellent remote contact with staff.

The Attico doesn’t have breakfast so we were given vouchers to spend at a local patisserie- the most delicious pastries! Alexandro was very helpful and welcoming to us Very good location- quiet with a good supermarket round the corner and an easy walk to the main square Well decorated large bedroom with beautiful views to the hills. Very good modern bathroom

Rooms were not serviced on a Sunday and we weren’t informed. The patisserie was closed on a Monday

Pleasant

Stuff is really good and location is excellent. Bathroom is ok and very clean.

Maybe it was the worst room for the hotel (I didn't book well in advance so I took the only room that was available for my dates). Soundproof was very poor - you can hear everything, room is very tiny and the bed is not comfortable. The breakfast is arranged at the cafe nearby (you receive the voucher for 5 euro) - this gives you a cup of coffee and some pastry, this is all - no eggs, no cereals, as this is just an ordinary bakery. Also the parking is not very convenient- you shall stop at the roundabout to take out your suitcases, if you go directly to the door - you will enter restricted zone and be fined. Of course, other drivers are not very pleased with tourists that stopped at the roundabout.

Perfect location and best staff

The location was perfect if you are driving in to the city. The parking area the hotel recommends was convenient and historical points were close by and all in walking distance.

Although the staff and the entire team was extremely nice and did everything they can to accomodate the check-in, the system itself has potential for inconvenience as the check-in is not available 24/7. Mind that you have to carefully arrange the arrival time to help the staff to check you in and avoid any parking tickets while you drop off your luggage in front of the hotel. Really important point, though, the staff really do their best and super super nice.

Breakfast was from a local patisserie and lovely, though if you have to watch your sugar intake its not great. Delicious though. The room had was the smallest and still spacious enough though with no view. Immaculately clean and tidy!

Bed bugs

There were bed bugs and when I had to move they denied my refund saying that it wasn’t their responsibility. Surely a clean bed to safely sleep in is their first responsibility? I wish I had never booked.
