Perfect host in great apartment

Francesco was the perfect host who went out of his way to make our stay wonderful with maps, recommendations for restaurants etc. He speaks English very well and even lent us an umbrella. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Location just few mins from main square in quiet location.

This place is perfect in every way!

would stay here again without hesitation. Its updated and beautifully decorated, very clean and safe, quiet and centrally located, has lots of space, a large bathroom, AC, and everything else a traveler would need…plenty of wall hooks, mirrors, tables, hangers, closet space, safe, a fridge, charging outlets and so much more. Bed is very comfortable too! The owner Francesco is so friendly and helpful too. He gave us great recs for restaurants and what to do in Bologna! This is a 10!

A pleasure staying at D'AZEGLIO 62 LUXURY ROOMS. Francesco is the BEST!

The location was fantastic, a safe part of the old city. Close by to many fantastic restaurants, cafes and a variety shopping options. The room we got was specious, clean and quiet. very comfortable for a couple. Best of all was Francesco, our host who made sure to be available and check with us if needed any help or recommendations. He was so nice and welcoming it felt like having a local friend in the city giving us the best advice according to our needs daily. When he met us with a great smile we knew we came to the right place. He is professional, thinks about all the details and truly cared about us having a greta experience. We would definitely come back to visit and we highly recommend it if you are visiting bologna which is awesome :)

Fantastic location. Snacks & drinks free in our room. Very good AC. Very comfortable bed. Cheaper than most Acc in area, wasn’t a hotel just a few rooms. Francesco was so kind & amazing & messages us a few times to check in. Would highly recommend

Best place ever in Bologna

This is hidden gem in Bologna 1000/10 point. The owner which is also a host is an amazing man ready to help with everything! Rooms are clear, well equipped- with extra snacks etc. Absolutely LOVELY PLACE- do not hesitate to book it for your stay in Bologna. Francesco thank you so much for arraigning my birthday dinner ! Great place with outstanding host

We‘ve spent four nights in D‘Azeglio Luxury rooms. Francesco is a great and friendly host. The room was spacious, very well equipped and beautiful. The complimentary Mini bar and the snacks were generous. Francesco provided us with several recommendations for restaurants, gelaterie and activities. The building is some 5-10 minutes walking from the city centre, so it’s a great place to base yourself for a city trip. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bologna! Fun fact: we were in room 2, when you close the blinds, there are two tiny holes in it. You can discover the beginnings of photography, if you put a white sheet of paper close to it, you can see the outside upside down

Five star stay in Bologna

Beautiful and clean room and bathroom in a quiet and safe part of town. We walked everywhere with ease. The bed was so comfortable and we slept so well with the blackout shade. Francesco couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, he even checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were having a great time in Bologna. The room was stocked with snacks and water as well. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay and a fabulous location with cafés and local bars near by but close enough to all the wonderful restaurants Bologna has to offer. The room was immaculately clean and was very light and airy - great snacks and drinks too (all free!) To be honest was everything as we booked, only thing that we have was reserved the room without bathroom attached to the room but with the private bathroom outside the room was super comfortable too so nothing to add bad in this place.

My trip to Bologna was magical, I fell in love with the city and this flat made it even more special

My friend and I loved the place, mostly because even though it is an apartment it was set up to feel like a hotel. Also, the best part was that the rooms were made up daily really giving us the feel of being in a hotel. Really appreciated that.

The room was incredibly clean and well presented. The location was perfect.

The bathroom is external so you are having to take keys on each occasion but it worked out fine and the bathroom was lovely.
