Very nice hotel with a beautiful garden. Room was clean and nice, bed was comfortable. Located very close to the center but in a very quite street, so at night it was calm:)

breakfast. The only thing to change is breakfast. very small choice and eggs were with water or made not from not real eggs. no choice of gluten free options. lots of sugar things for breakfast and poor for veggies and other things. kitchen is closed after breakfast and if you arrive late, you have to find a restaurant outside..

Good location, but noisy.

Very nice staff and good location.

It’s very noisy. The first room we stayed was impossible to sleep, there was noises coming from everywhere. The super nice staff changed us to a better room for the following days, but it was still a bit noisy.

Spent four days at the hotel. It was hot and muggy so wanting a good shower was very important. I just didn’t get that.

Lush Gardens, friendly staff, good size rooms.

Water pressure in my shower was a trickle. Had somebody come up to take a look at it and with the faucet all the way to one side I was able to get a trickle of hot water and nothing more. Air conditioning worked but was very noisy and I had to turn it off at night so I could get some sleep

Beautiful Bologna hotel.

The hotel was easy to locate by car. It was within walking distance to the centre of Bologna and in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The back garden was lovely and breakfast was plentiful- fruit, cheese, meats, toast, hard boiled eggs as well as scrambled offers and bacon. Our room was lovely and located on the second floor of the hotel.

I can’t say there was anything I did not like about the hotel. I did find the cost of daily parking high- 25 euro daily. We were there for a week, so that was expensive.

A lovely little stay in the heart of Bologna!

We loved this hotel! It was around 10 mins walk to the piazza maggiore which was very easy. It was around 1km to walk there (maybe even less) but you could also get the A bus there if you didn’t want to walk. Supermarket 5 mins away from the hotel for anything you needed. Comfy bed and pillows alongside a very clean bathroom. What set this hotel apart was its surroundings and its greenery! The orangery where we had breakfast (which was very good!) was lovely. They had free drinking water or sparkling water for guest use which was also fab rather than having to buy more. Staff were fab and really helpful when it came to choosing restaurants.

Nothing really just maybe it would have been better to place us on the ground floor as traveling with a young child and baby, was quite a challenge getting up the stairs with the children and bags etc

Perfect sense of Bologna

The hotel is on walking distance to downtown and it is a Cousy hotel in quiet area with a great kitchen and more then nice staff. Everything was perfect and if we would like to come back in Bologna this hotel would be our first choice.

Great efficient staff, clean & comfy rooms.

Receptionists were very helpful & friendly. Room was clean & tidy. It was close to main ring road with easy access to buses. Breakfast was very good in a lovely setting.

Only thing was a tiny complaint in that the toilet roll holder was broken so the roll kept falling off. Other than that everything was well maintained.

I would stay here again in a minute! Convenient, great value and beautiful.

The property is tucked away at the Southern tip of the old town. Great for walking and close by many sites, restaurants and porticoes. Can be tricky to find by car….trust the street signs! Rooms are pretty: spacious, very clean, large bathroom and wooden floored (very unusual). There is a beautiful brick courtyard with space to sit, dotted by citrus trees and jasmine. I would imagine in late spring and summer this is even lovelier. The breakfast served is expansive and has continental fare including coronetti, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit and provides a large and delicious selection of the local delicacies: mortadella, salumi, prosciutto crudo and Parmagiano. Plenty of fresh ricotta and mozzarella, too. We parked nearby in a covered and locked lot which is a benefit. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Only thing that could have been better was having to ask the staff to unlock our car when we wanted to use it. This was not an inconvenience as they were always available to open it for us. Was really closer to valet service.

The location was great. An early check in was accommodated which was nice.

Although the breakfast was standard, I was surprised that a charge would be made if more than two cups of coffee was consumed. There was also no coffee/hotpot in the room. The room was grossly hot even with the radiator turned off.

Our room and bathroom were a good size overlooking the small courtyard garden. The staff at breakfast were excellent, very efficient.

A quiet boutique hotel with top-notch service and incredible staff!

The staff were incredible; so kind, generous, and always there to help. Also, we loved the breakfast in the morning, they made incredible coffee and had lots of pastries... and what a perfect location!

There is really not much to say that was negative about this experience, top notch hotel and I would recommend to my mom.

Poor

The garden of the hotel

There was no hot water in the shower, breakfast was poor poor poor- the women in breakfast told ue we got 2 boild eggs so its enough, the nespreso machine didnt work, no elevaitor to the second floor. The location is 15 min. Walking from the center-thats ok. Not a 4 star hotel.

Excellent. Accommodating for families !!

We got upgraded to the junior suite due to having our 10 month old son. The travel cot was comfortable for him and our room was clean and spacious. Outside courtyard area was beautiful and the staff were very attentive with our drinks at the bar. Really helpful printing out directions to our next hotel stay for us

Breakfast was good but there was not a huge option of cooked breakfasts. Would have been nice to see cooked vegetables such as mushrooms or tomatoes for a vegan in my party.

Hidden gem

The staff were very friendly, the room was nice and the view from the balcony was great. The size of the room was pretty good and roomy and the room comes with a fridge which is great during the warmer months. Within a 10-15min walk to the city centre. We had a lovely stay.

The bathroom looks like it needs a bit of a facelift but it didn't bother me or impact our stay at all.

Good location, easy to walk to sights, good restaurants nearby. Staff is super helpful and nice. Garden area is beautiful. Door was bit stiff and we had to use a bit force to close it which caused unnecessary noice. Overall very nice hotel.

It had a lovely garden which you walked through to get to your rooms, (ok if it's not raining).

The breakfasts were poor, if you had the bacon and scrambled egg option, each of the four days we were there it was only just "warm". You were limited to the no. of coffees you could have without there being an extra charge.

Relaxing stay with no expense spared

Very professional set up and warm welcome. Room facilities and bathroom were great. Breakfast options were superb including the outside terrace area.

My room was near the entrance reception lobby and sometimes people are noisy - could be managed better.
