Welcoming, smart, our room was cleaned regularly and new towels. The staff were very lovely and made us feel really welcome every day. Local eatery advice from the gent. Superb location.

We were in room 5 and the people above us were very noisy at 6:00am every morning which isn’t the hotels fault.

The welcome was very friendly and supportive. Room very clean and comfortable, the bed was superb. Good breakfast and added extras such as complimentary teas, coffee, biscuits etc. Situated in the centre within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and great places to eat.

Great location, room 2 very loud. Bed is mid.

Centrally located - 5 min from the Two Towers. Easy check-in if you come before 7pm. Clean. Able to get extra towels. Simple breakfast provided although I didn’t try.

We stayed in Room 2, which along with Room 4 faces the alley. We were there on a Sunday and Monday, both mornings a delivery truck came at 6:30am-7am right outside the window. Lots of noise and vibration. See photo. The bed is also in middling condition, one side of the bed sagged and affected our sleep quality. The other side was OK. Bathroom was good.

Location was great, staff - very helpful and polite, the breakfast was good and versatile. Bed was rather medium to hard, which was of what I needed. The hotel is on the 1st floor but there’s also a lift if you’re limited mobility. One still has to do 3 steps though, so the location is not wheelchair accessible.

No sound isolation whatsoever (old town - obviously ), but be aware or take earplugs.

Amazing location in the beautiful Bologna!

Very good location! You could see the due torri. Staff were helpful and nice and responded quickly via WhatsApp. Nice room. Very good to have access to coffee and tea at every moment.

The halls were a bit noisy. Breakfast was acceptable, definitely nothing special.

Best Place in Bologna!

This is my second time staying at 051 Rooms and Breakfast because the location is fantastic, the rooms are comfortable, and everyone was so kind. We had more than everything we needed!

Bologna was quite hot and the air conditioner was doing its best- we were also given a fan in the room- and we needed it. But with the fan it was lovely- they had thought of everything

Paradise in the heart of beautifull Bologna!

The location is just perfect. But that's not all: The staff is so nice and helpfull - Alessia is the best host! The room is perfect, spacious, super clean, the bed is so confortable! They provide free coffee/tea/biscuits during all day. The breakfast is very nice! We will come back, for sure!

A fabulous find in Balogna!

The welcome from Laura was so friendly every staff member we met was so friendly and welcoming - the room was large and airy and dark at night time! The location next to the tower and a little stroll for lunch and dinner just PERFECT - 1/2 hour walk to/from the railway station and the terrifying Marconi Express to the airport!

Great choice for Bologna!

We had a lovely three-night stay at 051 R&B. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. Friendly and efficient service from the staff at all times. Great self-service breakfast in the nice communal area. The location is perfect in the heart of old town Bologna, with historic sites, restaurants, bars and cafés only a short walk away.

Very convenient location, friendly staff, but noisy and too expensive for tiny modest room.

Right beside the historic center and two towers of Bologna. The receptionist greeting us was extremely polite and helpful. The reception area was comfortable and available for breakfast and tea after dinner.

Our room was small, dark and noisy. We both had difficulty sleeping as thin walls and ceiling seemed to amplify voices and footsteps late into the early morning hours.

Very good location: about 20min from railway station and 5 min from the main old city sights. The room was not large, but very clean, with AC. big TV and big comfortable bed. Staff was super polite and helpful)

Adding some vegetables and fruits would have been nice. But despite that, the breakfast was delicious and filling

The appartment was spatious, clean with a great location right there in the city center. The staff were very friendly and quickly answered all of our questions before we arrived.

The breakfast was just ok. Pretty average, but not simple sweet Italian I don't like. Location was excellent. Close to all tourist spots , shops . I would come again unless it was too, too noisy. My room was at 1st floor and first night couldn't sleep as it was Saturday and people enjoyed being out ( to 3.30 a.m.) , but about 6 a.m. the shop under this property started with very loud preparations to open (trucks, workers bringing goods). On Sunday , early in the morning it was the same.

It was purely perfectto. Super located in the heart of Bologna, yet cosy and quiet. Rooms equipped in everything you need for a short stay. Beautiful, aesthetic interiors made having super delicious and nourishing breakfasts a double pleasure. Definitely would go back for my next Bologna visit.

Great location, accomodation and staff

The staff, Andrijana, Laura, Allesia and Arianna are so kind and helpful. They’ve communicated with us all the time, giving us all the necessary details about the check in process, premises and everything we needed upon our arrival. They were very kind and had our room ready even before the check-in time. Room was stylish and spacious, bathroom modern and impeccable clean. There is a lounge space where you can make yourself coffee, tea and try some pastry snacks all day long. Breakfast is nice, many sweet delicious pastries. The location is amazing, in the heart of Bologna, just a step away from Le Due Torri. We have really enjoyed and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I ask for a room more quiet because I'm very sensitive with the noise then I'm sleeping and unfortunately they give us a room wich was exactly on the opposite side of the kitchen ,wich was terrible from 7 o'clock when they start to prepare the breakfast. You can hear all the drawers opening and closing. Otherwise is a very good apartment and we understand maybe they didn't have another room, or this room was the room we booked and for one night it wasn't a big deal for me
