Excellent location in the heart of Bologna - only a few minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Shower pressure was good. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a staff member on site from about 7am to 8pm. We were able to store our luggage there after checkout until we left Bologna later in the day.
Nothing major but our room did get a bit of street noise in the mornings. Also the air conditioning doesn’t work very well although we are finding that all through Italy. We weren’t able to cool the room down much at night.

Very cozy and nice room and building. Friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here and would totally recommend this place.

Located in the centre of Bologna, a short bus ride from the train station or a 30 Euro taxi ride from the airport. When you are there you do not need to worry about travel as everything is in very short walking distance

Centrally located - 5 min from the Two Towers. Easy check-in if you come before 7pm. Clean. Able to get extra towels. Simple breakfast provided although I didn’t try.
We stayed in Room 2, which along with Room 4 faces the alley. We were there on a Sunday and Monday, both mornings a delivery truck came at 6:30am-7am right outside the window. Lots of noise and vibration. See photo.
The bed is also in middling condition, one side of the bed sagged and affected our sleep quality. The other side was OK. Bathroom was good.
