Central location, clean, good communication

Only thing that it can get a little noisy because it is in the center Also neighbors at the next door room were loud coming back late from their night out and you could hear them

We give this accommodation a 10/10! Me and my friend really loved everything about it. It is located in center of the city, with everything reached by foot in less than 5 minutes. The room was very clean, large and comfortable. The only thing that we would suggest about the room, is a mini fridge inside, just because now in the summer it’s very hot in Bologna. This is just a suggestion, because the accommodation does have a big fridge in the common area which is just outside the rooms and it’s a very cute space. I personally would like to thank the staff, because even though there is no reception in the building, they have answered me on WhatsApp 24/7, even outside operating hours. They were quick and very polite. Thank you very much! We would definitely come back! :)

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main sites. The property's room that we stayed in was lovey with a small terrace where we sat out every morning and night for coffee and night cap. Room had a Nespresso machine with a couple of capsules ( we bought a sleeve from the Nespresso shop), room was lovely and cool even though 27/28 outside. Twin towers were just outside the from door and Piazza Magiorre a couple of mins walk. There is a lovely bar/cafe downstairs for a really good breakfast that was delicious and plenty of bars and food places within easy walking distance. Communication was through WhatsApp with the booking in procedure easy to complete, a code for the entry doors to the building is sent and then on the day a code for the room itself. Would stay with them again if visiting Bologna again, very friendly staff answering questions.

A couple of small niggles but nothing major, there was no working extractor fan in the bathroom but the steam cleared quickly so not an issue and the terrace outside light didn't work but again not really an issue. Also one unusable chair on the terrace as the seat was completely broken, but 3 others and a small table was enough for us. The patio floor needed a good clean as it was very dusty. But none of this spoiled our stay.

Sofa without legs - like sitting in the floor, no duvet cover
