Pleasant place

It was bang in the centre. Lift to 3rd floor. Skylight gives view of towers.

Wasn’t very straightforward to get in , and we could really hear our neighbours speaking. Small ish room though

I enjoyed the location and the amenities and slept well it just felt a tad over priced for the simplicity of the room.

The location was excellent and it was very clean. The bathroom and toiletries were solid and the heat and AC work well.

The rooms required quiet hours because the walls and thin. I use earplugs so that wasn’t an issue for me but if could be for others.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Bologna

We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was comfortable, spotless, and had a stunning view of the city. The location couldn’t be better — right in the center, with everything just a short walk away. Downstairs felt like stepping into an art gallery, adding so much charm and character to the place. Such a unique and beautiful spot in the heart of Bologna. Highly recommended!

One thing the room didn’t have and i was kinda surprised was a little fridge, it would be very helpful, considering that we needed to store our water, skincare and medicine

Good option for basic low budget travelers.

There is a very nice coffee shop downstairs and many restaurants around.

This is not a hotel, just a very very basic small room in the attic of an old commercial building with a challenging entrance and "check-in", especially if you arrive after hours as communication, even via whats-up, is very limited. Took us almost an hour to locate the building, the entrance (there is more then one) and - finding the key, after a long travel an escape-room adventure was not what we had in mind. This was a last-minute business trip and all hotels were fully booked, but in any stretch of imagination, not worth 450eu, maybe a fraction, which in that case would be value for money. The room was clean, the shower very small with no space for your stuff, not even a small shelf, only option was on the floor! On the weekend the area is closed for vehicles hence no taxis can enter either.

You could not be any central than this, clean place to stay.

Make sure you pay attention to the instructions when they are sent to you. The property can be difficult to find as it’s inside an old mall.

Exceptionally clean. A fantastic location for the centre of town. Our room had great views of the historic centre through a Velux window.

Soundproofing adequate, but patchy. We heard the people in the next room and also in the corridor. It wasn't a major problem, but it could be an issue if guests are noisy.

This is an excellent property with a wonderfully central location; a great value.

Location was excellent, about as central as you could be in Bologna. The building itself is a little bit tricky, with multiple entrances, two different wings, etc. but the instructions provided by the host were excellent and very thorough. The room was comfortable and very clean.

We were very happy with the whole thing. The decor is a bit pedestrian-- it's not a particularly beautiful space-- but for the price it was absolutely appropriate.

No sound insulation between rooms

Location. Right next to the Due Torri!

There is no sound insulation between rooms. Even taking a shower or opening the faucet can be heard at the next room. There is no peace and quiet despite the recurrent whats app messages from the reception. No coffee machine available at the shared area. Microwave partially functional

The location - nothing else was good.

There is no way I can begin to describe. Overall bad experience. Take my advice look for words in disguise or look for a decent place to sleep. Dear management, please spare us your „polite“ reaction, it is an insult to our intelligence.

Check out at 10:00 ( why? Everywhere were I was Check out at 12:00 Their parking didn’t work so I had to park in 1.5 km No water bottle for drinking inside . All b&b hotels provide water

Exceptional

There is no reception, however the host provides a very detailed check in guide, so we had no issues checking in. The room was specious and modern, with aircon and very clean, new bathroom. There was an amenity kit waiting for us and both shower gel as well as shampoo were provided. Our room had a double bed and a sofa-bed, we had asked for the sofa to be turned to a bed and everything was ready for our arrival. The location was great! It's right outside the old town. There is also a great cafeteria/bar right outside the gate. It's on your right when you walk down the stairs. Highly recommend to there for breakfast or coffee!

The sofa bed was squeaking so loudly that we ended up not using it in the fear that someone sleeping on it will be waking us up during the night.

Nothing.

I want a refund. I booked a stay from 13th to 14th and we was told to give them my email and phone number so that they could w.h.a.t.s.a.p.p me how to access the keys and get into the hotel. However, I received no email nor w.h.a.t.s.a.p.p notifications from the hotel and had to call them multiple times upon arrival to tell us how to get into our room, after 40 minutes they picked up and after another 10 minutes of me explaining that they didn’t send me the email or w.h.a.t.s.a.p.p and them insisting that they did, they let us into our rooms. Everything seemed well until we came back from dinner and found out the gate inside the building was locked. It was 9pm and we called every apartment in the building and kept calling the hotel for someone to let us in but nobody was answering. The hotel phone said to call them on w.h.a.t.s.a.p.p in case of emergencies but they never picked up despite multiple attempts. We managed to get into the building at 11pm only because the people who were staying in a different hotel in the same building opened the door for us. And then, after waiting for 2 hours outside we finally came inside. But it got worse because when I was in the middle of showering the lights in our room turned off. And it was only our room. We went to the kitchen area and everything there was working, but only our room lights and melectricity got turned off. I want a refund.

Aquaderni Rooms: very well run by invisible property managers!

What I liked best about Aquaderni Rooms was the responsiveness of the property managers. Everything is managed online or by text. While I never saw the managers, they responded to all my queries and were extremely helpful on a number of issues before and during our stay. The location could not be better, situated right next to the Due Torri at the center of town. The room was smallish but quite modern and cheery with good light and a great shower and bathroom.

The only thing that could have been better was the comfort of the sofa bed ... but what you'd generally expect from a sofa bed so no surprise. (The other bed was VERY comfortable.)

Pleasant

The room is really a prime location, the balcony and the view.

The size of the room and the bathroom. The room was an attic and there was a box with beds built on one side of the room which is useless and the room lost at least one third of its space. The description of the room about the size was misleading. Furthermore, they were literally no amenities apart from a hair dryer. For example no fridge , boiler etc.
