Sufficient but i won’t go back in the location

Nice staff and decent breakfast

Location, extremely dangerous location, be careful not to go out at night, full of robbers, drug dealers and criminals, they follow and rob tourists don't carry suitcases or wallets, only go out armed!

The Millennhotel was perfect for us!

The location of the Millennhotel was perfect and was within walking distance for us to the sites and restaurants. The front desk was especially helpful in pointing out the major sites for us to visit and recommending the area where to eat one (which was a fabulous, delicious experience.

Good location close to the Bologna railway station as well as the old town (some 500-700 meters). The staff was very friendly and very willing to help and provide suggestions.

The position, near the train station is convenient.

The room was in the basement, and was not specified anymore. You had small windows next to the ceilings but we didn't open them for fear of having rats or coacroaches. Plus they were covered with cardboard for privacy but of course you had no light. The furniture is dated.

Reasonable option by the train station.

Breakfast room was compact. No hot food at all. Cold meats, cheeses, salads fruit …… and sweet offerings. Good selection just a bit too small to be comfortable.

Tired hotel ….. old fixtures. Hallways could do with a repaint & freshen up. For the price we expected better.

Returning visit, unfortunately below a 3* standard at present as not much investment been put into.

Stayed here 15 years ago & was 3* then but a little run down now & could do with tlc. Location is very good, breakfast OK, very pleasant staff.

Room was in need of refurbishment. Felt grubby. One v small lift for customers.....this could not hold more than a few people General decor poor and uninspiring Always felt rushed in the restaurant area and crampt. Disliked being asked by hotel to give them a good review , even stating "more than 9 please"

This hotel needs a renovation and newer furniture. The floor swelled because water was leaking out of the shower stall onto it. Slow WiFi.

It was just one night, but a very good value for me.

Location was very good. Hotel staff and cleanliness was good. Big bathroom with good lighting. The building felt very secure and quiet.

The pillows were very flat and hard. Newer or a couple of pillow choices would have been nice.

Everything is very old and in need of replacement. The beds were not comfortabel, you can feel the springs of the bed very clearly when you lie on it. Really not comfortable. It’s really not a 3 star hotel. The hairdryer sometimes works, sometimes not.

Good location, modest place

Very friendly staff, close to the train station, close to the main attractions and city center. Quiet place, no rumors from the street. Spacious bathroom.

It's quite old and need some maintenance. Above the shower there were humidity stains on the ceiling with dropping pieces. Hairdryer was not working but staff fixed the problem right away. Couple more pillows on the bed wouldn't hurt.

The location was great for someone visiting Bologna. It was a short walk from the train station, near a lovely park and not far from all the shops and resturants.

The hotel was very basic and in neeed of modernisation. No tea or coffee facilities in room. Basic breakfast.

Very good

We arrived early morning and it was raining heavily. The staff at the reception were so welcoming, they offered us coffee from their bar for free. The rooms weren't ready and we stayed there for a while. Everyone was relaxed, smiling and helpful. The room was nice and clean. It's really close to the train station, around 3-5 min walk.
