Lovely super clean apartment

Very clean, huge room and bathroom, great kitchen facilities.

Bar for breakfast closed on Sunday so we had to use breakfast facilities in the apartment. Noisy outside, lots of traffic noise

Great place to stay!

My stay at Casa di Aria was brief, but it played a big part in making my Bologna trip excellent! The location is a short walk to the main station or central part of town, and is very accessible. The host was active in communicating and clearly cared about ensuring a smooth arrival. The room was spacious and quiet, the amenities were great (especially the sizable kitchen area), and I received a warm welcome upon arrival. Amazing place to stay for the value and perfect for solo travelers :)

Perfect choice for an affordable stay in Bologna

Very comfortable bed, nicely furnished bedroom, spotlessly clean shared bathroom, and a nice communal kitchen area. Great location with the key city sites within walking distance and some nice cafes and supermarkets very nearby. Also, super friendly staff :)

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic — above all, it was spotlessly clean, which is honestly quite rare to find in Italy! ✨ The location was perfect: close to the old town and just a short walk from both the train and bus stations. The place was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was modern, fresh, and designed with a sense of humor — you could tell that every detail had been thoughtfully chosen. The lady who manages the apartment was extremely kind and helpful, always quick to reply and ready to assist with anything we needed. We had everything we could possibly need — and more. Definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed in Italy! 🇮🇹💙

Good location, comfortable and good breakfast at Mamas Cafe.

The property was very creatively decorated. We had the lavender room and it was so pretty. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. We also had access to the kitchen which was a huge plus. It is also very walkable to train station and city center.

We had a bit of trouble finding the house. It is located in an apartment building just down the street from Mamas Cafe. We also had a little trouble figuring out the keys.

The host Tamara is a really nice person, it's the best place I've stayed in Italy, cosy and clean. The breakfast is also the best, not too little and not too much. The window view is great too. I'll be staying here again on my next business trip.

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro, host disponibili e cordiali, camera e bagno puliti. Ho apprezzato la scelta di opzioni per la colazione.

Non mi aspettavo che il bagno, seppur privato, fosse esterno alla camera. Non un grosso problema ma avrei preferito fosse segnalato meglio nella descrizione della camera/foto.

‘専用’バスルームと書いてあったので予約しましたが、隣の部屋(他のお客様)と共用のバスルームでした。また、中心部からは少し離れていて、バス停も少しだけ遠いので若干不便な気がしました。

良かった

駅からも歩ける距離、中心地にも行きやすい。スーパーやレストランも徒歩圏内にいくつかあり便利。チェックインの際はオーナーのお母さんが対応してくれ、イタリア語は全くわからなかったが、とても感じの良い対応をしてくれた。本当に必要な時は翻訳してアプリを使って会話できたので問題なし。部屋は広くて清潔だった。簡易キッチンがあったのも良かった。個包装のパンや、ケーキ、クッキー、冷蔵庫にはヨーグルトなども置かれており、自由に取っていいとのこと。共有の冷蔵庫だったのでスーパーで買い物をしてきたときは、名前を書く紙とペンをくれて、親切だと思った。エレベーター有り。お湯もしっかり出る。

2泊したが、アメニティは一泊分のみだった。多分言えばくれたんだろうが、連絡していなかったので、2日目に特に追加とかはなかった。シャワー室は完全には密閉する感じかではなかったので、少し水が隙間から漏れることはあった。が、専用バスルームだし、狭くはないし、そこまで気にすることもないかと思う。

Camera ampia e comoda. Casa organizzata molto bene!

Camera molto grande, posizione comoda anche Lee chi ha la macchina. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ho apprezzato anche lo spazio in cucina, che è comoda anche per fare qualche ora di smart working se serve.

Accoglienza calorosa e gentile da parte della proprietaria Tamara. Struttura molto pulita e silezionsa , arredamento creativo e comodo. Cucina confortevole con colazione abbondante. Disponibilità di bevande e cibo da poter mangiare durante la giornata. Parcheggio a pagamento a 5 minuti a piedi. Posizione centrale per raggiungere in 5 minuti il centro di Bologna. Consiglio la struttura

Piano alto e posizione ottima, molto vicina al centro, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Camera spaziosa e arredata con gusto. Possibilità di usufruire della cucina per prepararsi sia la colazione che altri pasti.

Odanın ve ortak alanların temizliği çok iyiydi. İletişim kurma noktasında da hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Yatak ve yastıklar oldukça konforluydu. Ortak olan olan mutfağa meyve ve kurabiye gibi ufak atıştırmaliklar hazırlanmıştı. Bu ince ve nazik düşünceleri için teşekkür ederim

Mekan ulaşım için mutlaka kullanılacak olan tren istasyonuna ve merkeze yürüyerek 20 dk idi. 1 km den daha uzak bir mesafeye tekabül ediyor. Kendi aracı olanlar için sıkıntı olmayabilir, ama ben bu sebeple tekrar tercih etmezdim. Kahvaltıyı binanın hemen altındaki kafede yapıyorsunuz. Size sadece içecek, kruvasan yada sandwich sunuyorlar. Seçenekler çok kısıtlı. Ortam rahatsız. Bu kadarcık bir kahvaltının ücrete dahil edilmesi çok anlamsız olmuş. Ancak mekanın kendine ait, ocağı da olan ortak mutfağı var. Kendiniz çok daha iyisini hazırlayıp karnınızı doyurabilirsiniz.

Struttura vicino al centro e ben collegata. La proprietaria é molto disponibile in quanto ci ha permesso di lasciare le valige prima del check-in previsto ed inoltre si nota all'attenzione per la pulizia.

L’unica pecca è il bagno in comune. Probabilmente è stata una mia svista, ma nelle altre opzioni di camera era indicato chiaramente nel titolo che il bagno fosse esterno, mentre in questa l’informazione compariva solo nella descrizione. Suggerirei alla proprietaria di specificarlo anche nel titolo, per maggiore chiarezza. La stanza era molto pulita, ma si sentiva un forte odore di fumo che non è andato via nemmeno con le finestre aperte.

Trudny kontakt z właścicielką. Każda wyslana przez Panią wiadomość zawierała wykrzykniki, jakby krzyczała. Zapytałam czy możliwe jest pożyczenie żelazka, wlascicielka powiedziała, że grzecznościowo tak. Przez 3 dni zelazko nie zostało dostarczone. Brak łazienki w pokoju i brak śniadania.

Tutto molto giusto, c’era anche la colazione inclusa anche se non segnalato!

La struttura tutto OK, gli altri occupanti di un’altra camera un po’ rumorosi la mattina (é una casa condivisa quindi di norma non ci si può comportare come se si avesse la casa tutta per sè)

Buen sitio para asentarse después de hacer turismo, comer algo y descansar.

El desayuno incluido con el bar de abajo maravilloso, la cocina estaba bien equipada y la verdad es que el baño y la habitación fantásticos. Muy limpio al llegar.

En mi opinión faltaría un microondas en la cocina y una olla pequeña para la vitrocerámica pero se puede cocinar algo sin problemas.

Suggerisco alla proprietà della struttura una maggiore precisione nelle descrizioni delle stanze: 1) indicare con evidenza (ad es. nel titolo della stanza, non nella descrizione che è scritta in caratteri più piccoli e può sfuggire) che due delle stanze hanno il bagno condiviso. Ciò in particolare per gli ospiti italiani per i quali il bagno condiviso non è uno standard (altre recensioni rilevano lo stesso problema), ma anche per garantire che i servizi siano usati con rispetto e decoro da parte di tutti: questa mattina non ho potuto usare la doccia perché l’ospite dell’altra stanza l’aveva lasciata completamente piena di capelli; 2) perché indicare come “stanza con terrazza” una stanza dotata semplicemente di balcone? Infine, rilevo l’assenza di servizi ormai comunemente diffusi: TV in camera, aria condizionata o almeno finestre con zanzariere.

Vi delade badrum även om det inte stod specificerat. Frukost fick vi fixa själva; söt yoghurt, färsk frukt, kaffe att koka i espresso bryggare på spisen. Inget färskt bröd. Bra avstånd till centrum och tågstationen men inte så mysigt område.

Una bella esperienza ma non ci starei più di 3 giorni

Struttura molto pulita e in posizione strategica per visitare la città a piedi (parcheggio coperto a pagamento non costudito nelle vicinanze). Bagno molto pulito. Proprietaria gentile. Camera ampia e luminosa. Consigliato per non molti giorni.

Non c’è aria condizionata, essendo al sesto piano non fa particolarmente caldo. Colazione poco fornita, solo prodotti confezionati (non moltissimi) e nessuna opzione salata.

Chambre confortable et calme. Très propre. Petit déjeuner sympa dans un bar en bas de l’immeuble.

Communication difficile car ne parle pas anglais. Chambre très chaude (alors qu’il ne faisait que 24 degrés dehors) et pas de climatisation. Nous n’avons pas pu laisser nos bagages le jour de notre départ et avons dû payer une consigne à bagages. Quartier sans grand intérêt et un peu loin du centre .

Lage ist gut , überall erreichbar, zu Fuß ist sehr gut

Es war so heiß und mit der Ventilator bist du nackt ist auch noch heiß. Ich glaube eine Klimaanlage ist viel besser.

オーナーが大変良い人で、チェックイン時にいろいろ丁寧に説明してくれた上、問題が生じて連絡したときにもすぐに対応してもらえた。バスタブのある部屋だったので、好きなタイミングで水に浸かれてよかった。

宿泊したのがひどく暑い日だったため、少ししか開かない窓とダイソンの羽なし扇風機では汗だくになってしまった。また、ヨーロッパの鍵に慣れておらず、エレベーター後のドアを開けることができなくて難儀した。不慣れな人は特に、使い方をしっかりレクチャーしてもらった方がいいと思う。

Bello ma...

La struttura e le camere sono molto belle.

Peccato che non ci sia l'aria condizionata e in estate fa molto caldo, nella prenotazione era indicata la presenza di un ventilatore che non abbiamo trovato. Abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte e la stanza si è riempita di zanzare. Inoltre non siamo stati avvisati che la domenica (siamo rimasti solo per una notte) il bar dove è prevista la colazione era chiuso. Siamo usciti lasciando le chiavi e non avendo usufruito di quello che era a disposizione in cucina siamo rimasti senza colazione. Ho segnalato il disguido alla struttura in privato e non ho ricevuto nemmeno un messaggio di scuse.

Camera ampia e ben arredata. Ottima pulizia. Con una camminata di 20 minuti si arriva in centro. La colazione è al bar sotto l’appartamento

Non c’è aria condizionata, metterei almeno un ventilatore perché fa veramente caldo, abbiamo dovuto lasciare la finestra aperta ma la strada sotto è abbastanza trafficata e si sentono parecchi rumori. A mio avviso andrebbe scritto chiaramente nella descrizione della camera che il bagno è in comune.

Ottima scelta

La camera era pulita, accogliente e comprendeva tutto ciò che potesse servire. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e ci è stato spiegato tutto il possibile. Anche la posizione, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Bologna, permette di muoversi rapidamente. Il bagno è in comune con solo un'altra stanza, ed essendo molto pulito non crea problemi.

Per mio semplice e puro gusto personale i cuscini erano un po' troppo bassi e fin troppo morbidi, ma nulla di problematico.
