The location is nice, close to the train station.
The staff is not very nice. I asked via chat in Booking if I can do the check in earlier and I was told yes, but when I arrived they said that the room is not ready and they did not know about this.
The electric instalation is very bad. There are multiple signs in the room to not unplug some appliances because the electrical instalation failed. And durint the night, the staff knocked really hard in our door to enter becase the electrical instalation failed.

The owner is nice. The room cute and with everything you need.
The pillows were not the best for me. One too thin and the other one too thick.

The place is well located in Bologna, close to the train station.
The room we booked had a shared bathroom with the host. The host was not respecful, of us using the facilities that we paid for. Knocking on the door quite hard, while I was still in the bathroom. As well as restrictions on the airco use.
