It was the best stay of my life. The room was clean and had a different style. The hotel is literally in the center. I literally had zero problem on my 2 night stay and also all the receptionists were very kind. Also adored the most charming dog in the reception. I would dedinitely stay there if I visit bologne again.

Even though there it a front desk, the property is highly responsive and communicative. It is a very quiet property which is very nice in the midst of this very busy city. If you are quiet and you like quiet this is the place for you.

The hotel is in a great position and really convenient for exploring the centre of Bologna. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable but maybe a little 'tired' in terms of decoration and maintenance. Nice comfortable bed and lovely toiletries.

This is a perfect little boutique hotel very close to the old town. Walkable to everything. The room was very comfortable with memory foam mattress. Taxi was able to drop us off and pick us up right at the front door. Nespresso maker in the room and two free water bottles. Recommend highly for easy going travelers.

I had a horrible experience because the walls are so thin and you can hear everything from next room. I liked the hotel, it’s very stylish but when I got 3 college students next door, who were talking loudly and it felt like they are in my room. Management couldn’t do anything and I had to change the hotel in the morning. The manager apologized but I didn’t get a refund for 2 unused nights. So I would not recommend this hotel unless they do soundproofing, right now your stay would depend on your neighbors. What a shame.

A lovely period property in a historic and beautiful area. I would prefer to have a 24 hour reception - but that would increase the price. The room was big - but rather impersonal. Television too big and imposing. Curtains very depressing. Interior design could be softer and have more taste. Lighting - not pleasant. Reading light would be useful. Bathroom is nice. Breakfast room useful.

Amazing location! Walk down a half block to all the shopping and monuments in Bologna. Yet the building is quiet and feels secluded. The best of both worlds. Clean and simple rooms with all the basic amenities needed (espresso machine, mini fridge, bathroom supplies). Pull out couch in our room was not comfortable for the adults but the kids had no complaints as they fell asleep immediately after a day of walking about. Very friendly and flexible staff greeted us at the door and even had the perfect dinner recommendation for our family with dietary restrictions.

The location was steps away from the beautiful city sights and places to eat. Walkable to the train station as well. The staff communicated well and were helpful. This has to be the strangest room ive stayed in. I booked at spa room and it had what appeared to be a sauna steam room but no instruction on how to use it or if it was to be used. It felt like there was an unusable room inside my room. It actuality looked like a 2 tombs. Odd, also the ac was not working the last night. Location was great but thats all that i enjoyed from this room. The staff was friendly but due to my arrival time i never interacted with them in person.

This is a lovely place in a great location which is very close to the historical city centre with very helpful and excellent staff. Our only problem was that the room we were allocated (room 101) was not the same one as we were shown on the booking website. It had an outside area which we could not use due to the wet weather when we arrived and during our stay.

very centrally located, they do not warn you that the hotel in a ZTL zone, and cannot even arrive in front of the entrance to load or unload your bags if you drive. Eventually, when you get to chat with the reception lady, she will tell you that there are garages around where you can park. If there was a registration for ZTL, there was no mention. I parked half a mile away and that problem was solved. In terms of staying, I found my room charming and clean with the very comfortable bed positioned on a platform with access via a short set of steps. I had no problem with that, but my companion, up in age and having to get up sometimes during the night, felt unsafe. The bathroom was pristine and appeared brand new, but the shower stall was clearly of a different quality (!) with the walls that looked like they were peeling off and overall unpleasant. The breakfast space is very modern, super clean and creative and artsy. There is no breakfast, just the possibility of making coffee (we were told this is an affittacamere) and a double espresso is good for me to get me going (although I chose not to have it there). Overall, it's a great location, with good design and a steep price. Oh, I was forgetting that the concierge we had was absolutely charming and made the whole experience delightful.
