Absolutely loved this accommodation, great hosts that paid attention to detail & were very helpful. The balcony overlooking the square was perfect to watch the energy of Bologna, yet the apartment was perfectly quiet. The air conditioning gave us huge relief from the heatwave.

Room size was good and the bathroom was large. A good shower. Location was very good in the Piazza Maggiore.
Almost no contact with staff, only at check in. So essentially only rented a room for 3 nights. Room was very warm in late October and only was to cool it down was to open the windows and hear the loud street noise below.
To get to the apartment, had to go through 4 locked areas, a bit cumbersome.
Breakfast included but not ideal, had to go across the street to a small cafe for only coffee, Juice, and a pastry.
