Luxury, comfort, and unmatched convenience in one of Italy's most historic and beautiful cities!

Staying at Casa Isolani Luxury Rooms was the absolute perfect way to conclude our three-week tour of Italy. This large apartment is ideally situated right on Piazza Maggiore, offering key and key-card access directly into the heart of historic Bologna. The location alone makes this a highly desirable place to stay. While the spacious apartment and prime location were excellent, it’s the little things that elevated this stay: this apartment had the absolute best bathroom and shower of our entire trip in Italy! It may seem minor, but after three weeks of navigating tiny European bathrooms, being able to stand up, turn around without knocking anything over, enjoying a long flow of hot water, and having a shower enclosure that actually kept the water off the floor was truly fantastic. I would highly recommend Casa Isolani Luxury Rooms to any couple looking to spend a few days sightseeing in Bologna.

We expected more from the description of this B&B

Room size was good and the bathroom was large. A good shower. Location was very good in the Piazza Maggiore.

Almost no contact with staff, only at check in. So essentially only rented a room for 3 nights. Room was very warm in late October and only was to cool it down was to open the windows and hear the loud street noise below. To get to the apartment, had to go through 4 locked areas, a bit cumbersome. Breakfast included but not ideal, had to go across the street to a small cafe for only coffee, Juice, and a pastry.

Loud neighbors, preventing sleep. We did reach out to the property manager’s who responded quickly, but we’re unable to decrease the noise for us.

Excellent location, nice modern spacious apartment.

Excellent location in the heart of old town just off of the piazza close to sites and restaurants. Clean modern unit in a very nice well-maintained modernized building. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom with large walk-in shower. Sufficient room for an extended stay. Very friendly host waiting to greet us and let us in, you have to arrange a time to meet him there. WIFI, A/C, TV, refrigerator, desk and two luggage racks. Breakfast is limited to a pastry, juice and one coffee at a café across the street, the café staff was extremely friendly.

Essentially impossible to get to one the suggested parking garages (Garage Maggliore) in the ZTL. After driving around trying to get past detours we gave up and parked in a public garage (Piazza VIII Agosto) outside the ZTL about 15 to 20 minute walk away. It was easy dragging luggage across the terrazzo sidewalks through the center of town. We will probably get a fine for entering the ZTL without a permit.

This property was so close to the center of Bologna and spotless! The bed was comfortable and even with the crowds on the square it was surprisingly quiet. Loved our stay.

Great location in Bologna

Overall, the location in the room were great. We were under the impression that a full breakfast would be included however we were provided to tokens each one for a coffee and a croissant. Additionally, the directions on our Apple Maps took us to a different location and once we made contact with the host we had to walk to a different location about a half mile away. We feel this could’ve been avoided with a better link to the location.

There was actually no air conditioning-it was so weak that the room was blazing hot day and night Our requests to check it were actually ignored Since there is no reception we were given a contact number, but the response was intermittent and inconsistent and many messages we left or phone calls were ignored

Great location, very clean and comfortable apartment.

The location of the apartment was perfect, just off the piazza. It was very clean, comfortable, spacious and thoughtfully decorated. Our host met us on arrival and provided very clear instructions re: entry requirements. Very secure! We stayed for 2 nights, but wished we had've allowed more time to explore Bologna, lovely city. Would highly recommend and love to stay there again.

Fabulous, comfortable accommodation right in the heart of the city

The location was fantastic, right in the centre of the city literally yards from the major Piazza. The room was exceptional: Clean, bright comfortable with a very large bed. We were able to leave our bags in a secure room after checkout due to a late departure to our next location so we were able to enjoy our final day in Bologna without having to keep dragging our luggage with us.

Perfect location! Once your car is parked, you should forget about it! The rooms are exactly in the city center and you can walk around around the down town market, shops, etc. The rooms are clean and there is all you need to enjoy your staying! I would definitely pick those rooms again in the future!

A fantastic stay in a lovely room, in a fantastic city.

Location was fantastic, right in the middle of Bologna, right in Piazza Maggiore. Our room had a lovely balcony with a view right across the Piazza. The room was really spacious and comfortable.

Finding it was difficult as the rooms are in a residential property accessed by a doorway located between two shops with no obvious signage other than a small name located on the doorbell panel. We walked past it twice and needed to ring the lady that was there to meet us.

Must be the best location in town. Perfect on Piazza Maggiore. Rooms were renovated with large respect to the historic building. It was the best from both worlds. High quality windows, so the noice were shut out during night.
