Absolutely loved this accommodation, great hosts that paid attention to detail & were very helpful. The balcony overlooking the square was perfect to watch the energy of Bologna, yet the apartment was perfectly quiet. The air conditioning gave us huge relief from the heatwave. Thoroughly recommend.

The property’s location in Bologna’s historical centre was the perfect base to explore this delicious city. Our rooms balcony provided a glimpse of the Maggiore Plaza and we opened our shutters we had a view into the city’s daily life. By Italian standards the bedroom and bathroom were huge. We have appreciated the room size when we have moved to our next location. The property is based on a shopping street at ground level that is extremely enticing to a shopper. Breakfast at Gran Bar was a taste of La dolce vita every morning. It immersed us in the local vibe. The property’s location was great when meeting tour guides as our tours all started at Neptunes Fountain. Eduardo was the consummate host from checkin to checkout which he generously extended .

Absolutely nothing

Room size was good and the bathroom was large. A good shower. Location was very good in the Piazza Maggiore.

Almost no contact with staff, only at check in. So essentially only rented a room for 3 nights. Room was very warm in late October and only was to cool it down was to open the windows and hear the loud street noise below. To get to the apartment, had to go through 4 locked areas, a bit cumbersome. Breakfast included but not ideal, had to go across the street to a small cafe for only coffee, Juice, and a pastry.
