The location was excellent, only a 5 minute walk to the square. The room was clean and well presented. The self check in was well explained and the communication with the hotel was good.

Great location and comfortable enough
It can be a bit noisy from the street during the night

Paolo is wonderful. He is so friendly and helpful. We were not going to travel onwards until the evening, but he was happy for us to leave our luggage all day, and use the communal area when the thunderstorms started in the afternoon. The hotel is close to many attractions, although it is quite a walk to the Central rail station
The shower is quite small.

Location great for exploring
Everything self serving; staff unwilling to do anything including ordering a taxi. No assistance with struggling with bags.Having spent 40 years in the hotel industry the owners are the laziest people I’ve met.
Two flights of stairs to room and no lift. This should be clearer in hotel information. Tired and in need of an update to the bathroom facilities. Safe in room didn’t work on arrival. Hairdryer a fire risk…. just glows red hot and emitted a strong burning smell.
