The hotel is in a very convenient location. We tried some of Paolo's recommendations, and everything turned out perfectly 🫶

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and perfectly located in the city centre, ideal for visiting all the main attractions of Bologna on foot. A great choice for a relaxed city trip. The perfect hotel for a short city trip

The Hotel is located perfectly! It‘s quiet but no more than 5-10 minutes walking distance to Piazza Maggiore. We were two girls traveling alone and felt safe in the hotel and the city. The room was very clean and we had enough space. The manager Paolo is amazing, helping us with everything we needed. Late Check-In, early Check-Out, Luggage storage and great recommendations for the city! We definitely do recommend this hotel for your next city trip.

Perfect stay if the air conditioning is working!

This hotel was perfect for a one night stay in Bologna. The location is right in the center and Paolo, who greeted us, was very friendly and super helpful by providing a map of the city and giving us multiple recommendations of where to eat and what to do. The room was very nice with a spacious bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable.

I was very disappointed to find out that the air conditioning wasn't working upon arriving. We were provided with electric fans instead, but I specifically made sure that the hotel I booked would have air conditioning because it was the middle of June and I was 20 weeks pregnant. I would have preferred to get a heads up about this before arriving so that we could have changed our plans. The fans barely helped with the heat and meant an uncomfortable sleep.

Great location, very close to the center, an amazing room and the best reception service ever. Paolo was amazing and gave us great recommendations for places to go (eat/drink/visit), all of which were amazing options.

Although staff very pleasant & helpful the hotel needs some attention

Location very good , Paola very helpful & gave us plenty information on places to visit restaurants cafes etc

Air conditioning did not work in room, had one fan on first night but at 6 am there was a power cut so fan went off & emergency lights came on so very early rise that morning , Paola provided us with a 2nd fan for the 2nd night , room was stifling & very noisy when window open .

Great location but no functional air con.

Great location in Centro Storico. Manager very cheery when around. Decent value for money.

No 24 hour reception. We were sent the wrong access code for the door so we’re stranded outside after a long stressful delayed flight journey. Thankfully we were able to contact the manager and get the correct code. The air conditioning wasn’t working and we were there during a heatwave with temps in the 30s and high twenties overnight. That made it very uncomfortable.

A comfortable hotel in the city center.

rate the hotel extremely positively. It is located right in the very center of the city, everything is within walking distance. The receptionist, Paolo, was exceptionally kind, helpful, and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillow was unbelievably good. The hotel matches its three-star rating perfectly, so the value for money is excellent.

I was satisfied with everything. Everything written on the internet was accurate, so what I expected is exactly what I got. I really have nothing to complain about.

I can see paying more than €75 a night for this experience. Bologna isn't that great a tourist town.

Paulo is nice guy. Very concerned but not able to fix problem. Bathroom had hot water and was clean. Location and WiFi Ok

Way overpriced, and then didn't deliver advertised features like a/c. Paper thin walls, worst mattress I've slept on in years. I had to cancel and find another place. Bologna has hotels that don't deliver and Booking does nothing to help. Hotel did let me go without penalty, but then they made a lot of money fir nothing.

Give it a chance if you have a short time in Bologna

The location! It is in downtown, close proximity to the majot sites. Also in an alley away from the crowds’ noise. The transfer from the airport was easy, too. First taking the 1-stop tram (€23 return ticket) then a 15-min walk made it to the hotel.

More than a classical hotel, it felt like a house/bnb. Kitchen access, no reception (but clear instructuons by the owner) steep stair flights.

Value for money given central location.

It is right at the centre of the city, a 10-15 min walk max to the train station or any other attraction in the city (even less for the famous Maggiore Square). It is very clean (tidied every day for you).

The doors on each floor can be very close to each other and if you have loud neighbours, this can be a bit distracting. Most guests seemed very conscious of this so tried to be as quiet as possible.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, Paolo helped us with everything from parking to where to have the aperitivo and was very accommodating with the check in (we arrived early). The location is also truly great.

good location for the city in fairly quiet backstreet. Handy too for excellent restaurants. Friendly owner.

A lift would have been helpful for old lady like me--there were 2 flight s of steep stairs to reach the rooms. I could not get the t.v. to work. there was a mini fridge but nothing in it! Toiletries were only just adequate for the price we paid!Best
